Doug was very professional. He did the furnace tune-up and replaced some switches that have been causing other people trouble. We thought our fan was a bit noisy and he agreed, saying that he would order new parts and come back when the parts were available. This was an altogether pleasant experience. Thanks!

Bill *** was very helpful and professional, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed my furnace in a timely fashion, and has a great attitude.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. Our furnace is 3 years old and it had a cracked return air duct and he called the company, Johnson Controls Unitary Products out of OK for us, to see if it was under warranty yet. We just moved in 5 months ago. They will call him and he will call us. It's the end of Dec and we hope and pray the furnace is under warranty through this Company that provides furnaces for mobile homes. And that it will be a quick resolution before it gets too cold. Had a regular maintenance visit today uncover a cracked heat exchanger on our older Lennox furnace. Kyle Y. correctly diagnosed the issue and then quickly procured the replacement unit and installed it to get us up and running the same day. Very satisfied with the knowledgeable staff and this reputable company!

Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning has been servicing my equipment for a number of years. Norm was here yesterday. He always arrives as scheduled or advises me of any changes. Charges are reasonable and fair.

I called for service on my central air on a Sunday, and they had someone at my house within an hour. The technician was great. He walked me through exactly what the problem was, what caused it, and how to fix it. He was very educated and easy to understand.
