Review: On 12-22-15 I placed an order with Team Grand Wagoneer for a radiator and heater core, I received both of them. The price of the radiator includes hoses and clamps that I have not received. After numerous attempts by email & phone calls I finally made contact with a woman by phone (1-21-16) about how I never got the hoses and clamps. She agreed that they are included in the price and will be shipped to me., she also said that a shipping notification will emailed to me. Today is 2/4/16 still no hoses and clamps that I've paid for. This place has the worst customer service !!!!!Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order and updates when shipped.

Review: The company has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. The next business day after receiving the product, I sent an email requesting an RMA number, stating that I wished to return the item, because I did not feel that it was as advertised, and was dissatisfied with the quality. They responded with an RMA number, and I shipped the item back to them. I ordered the item 27 Dec 2013, received it 4 Jan 2014, contacted them on 6 January, received a reply on 8 January, shipped it back on 13 January at my expense. When I did not see any credit appearing on my charge card, I first contacted them by email on 28 January, inquiring about the refund. I received no response. I waited one week and emailed them again, to which they did not respond. I have emailed them twice since, on 5 February, and again today, 6 February. I have told them that I understand that it often takes awhile for a credit to show up on a credit card, but I would appreciate at least a response to my emails, saying that the refund was being processed. They have not bothered to afford me that courtesy. They owe me $39.95 for the returned item.Desired Settlement: I'd like the refund credited to the card that I used to purchase the item, and an explanation for their ignoring my emails would be nice, if they ever expect any future business or referrals from me.
