weekly I leave voice mails on their answering machine as well as send emails to their web site address, none of it get answered, clearly there is something wrong and I have been informed in my research by the Chamber of Commerce that they are operating illegally with an out of date corporate filling status. In short I would like my money back but that probably will never happen! This was explained to [redacted].,This complaint took place the day of delivery of the fuel tank which was 05/10/2016 we received a phone call 7 days later from Mr. [redacted] stating he received the wrong fuel tank. I then email a return label assuring him that we will get the tank out as soon as we receive the wrong tank from him. We received the tank on the 20th and shipped the correct tank out on the 20th. We have went above and beyond what exceeds customer service from my point of view. I Melinda [redacted] (Team Grand Wagoneer) spoke with our customer Louis [redacted] on 05/05/2016 reference to order [redacted].I called Mr. [redacted] on Thursday May 05,2016 in regards to his order and complaint. The order he placed clearly states in our listing “This is for Re-Furbishing YOUR Tailgate Window Motor. Once Purchased We Will Send You a Shipping Label and You Must Send Your Motor in for an Overhaul”.  We would need his window motor to rebuild and send it back to him. We never received the window motor to rebuild. We have issued a full refund in the amount of $159.90 as of 05/05/2016.

Review: I purchase a pair of fog lights fro Team Grand Wagoneer mid September 2013. I received them early October, and tried to install them mid October. They did not work. After numerous attempts to contact the company both by telephone (left messages) and email, they finally gave me a return authorization number, but no return address to send the item to. After several more attempts, they finally provided a return address. By this time, 5 weeks had elapsed, and I returned the item via UPS, and it was delivered to them on December 5th. Since then, they have ignored 3 more email attempts to communicate and ask for a refund. I also include a link to their web pagehttp://www.teamgrandwagoneer.com/about-us-1/, which states they have warranties against defective items and a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. They won't even communicate, let alone honor their service guarantee.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $248.91, my purchase price.

Review: Have submitted a letter to the above company reminding them of the situation or refund owed to my credit card of $ 222.28. The date of the letter was January 30,2014. The item ordered was returned to the company on 10/17/2013and scheduled to be deliver on 10/23/2013per US postal receipt. Since the date of 1/30/2014 I have not received any correspondence from them. I did cancel my credit card sometime after that but they had not credited my credit card.

Review: I placed an order on January 15th. It took them almost two weeks to pull an order of items that I was under the impression was in stock. When it was pulled, the order showed as shipped. The next day, I was able to view the shipping. When I received my package, there was only one of two items inside. I have not received the second item, nor was I notified that it was not shipped. I have sent a handful of emails regarding the situation, with no replies. I would at least like my money back, but I would much rather, them send me the product that I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a response from them, to at least tell me where my product is.

Review: Simply received the wrong part. I have only been able to speak to a live person once. She said the part is dropped shipped from the manufacturer and she would speak with them and call me back with an answer of what to do to get the wrong part returned and the correct part to me. 2 weeks later and 3 more calls and 1 more email and I haven't heard a thing. I leave messages but no one ever returns my call.Desired Settlement: I need this part that they were supposed to send me to complete my project. I have had to put it on hold since this started and I need to get it done. I just want to get the incorrect part back to them and get the correct part that I paid for and have been waiting for, to me.

Review: I ordered a part for my automobile, Team Grand Cherokee sent me the wrong part now I cannot get in touch with them to exchange the part. I have made numerous calls, sent numerous emails but they will not acknowledge my request for a disposition in this matter. I have filed a dispute with Master Card services and my bank and PayPal who I used to purchase the part. The Order Number is 3192 Item 55115918AB AC Condenser, they sent an evaporator.Desired Settlement: Request a refund so I can purchase the component some where else.

I ordered from Team Grand Wagoneer in Feb online... They took my funds and that is the last time I have heard from them. I come to find out that everything that I ordered is on backorder with no time frame.
I have tried multiple times to call and email them to cancel my order but have never been able to contact them and they have never returned my calls...
I am now in dispute through my paypal to try and get my hundreds of dollars back from them.. I would NEVER recommend this company, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Review: I purchased a defective window motor and returned it to the company via mail by their return instructions in the beginning of May. The accepted the return but have yet to issue my refund. I'm having difficulty getting ahold of anyone despite left phone messages and e-mails. The last I heard from them is I would be receiving a check by mail which I have not received and have been unable to get a response to inquiries of what is going on.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the item returned.

Review: Ordered parts on 8-25-13 on my order no. 13093. Returner parts on 10-15-13 after trying many times to acquire a return authorization no. 62. Returned parts with UPS charges of $12.30. Have contacted Co. many times since return and have yet to receive a credit to my charge. The customer service has been very unresponsive not returning calls. No one seems to know what is going on.Desired Settlement: Company to credit my account back for wrong shipment of parts for $109.95 plus returned postage for $12.30 a total of $122.25

Finally got a credit for my return. Only took seven months, a lot of unanswered e-mails and phone calls. I suspect this is a small mail order operation doing business under three different names out of a private residence. Thanks for your diligence as you found out for yourself.

Review: Ordered parts on February 11th and specifically asked to have them shipped asap so that I could meet a deadline. The woman on the phone assured me that I would receive the order in 2-3 business days so I placed the order. Today is February 21st and I still haven't received the order. Had to extend my deadline. I have talked to them on the phone a few times and they sent me a tracking number 5 days after the order was placed.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund with no restocking fees charged to me.

Review: I purchased a MASTER WEATHERSTRIP KITs for my '65 Wagoneer because it states on the company's site that their parts are "guaranteed to fit the vehicles they are listed for. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Team Grand Wagoneer will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part and Team Grand Wagoneer will pay for return shipping."

When the kit arrived a was impressed with the quality of their seals but found out that although listed for 1963-1971 Wagoneers there are several pieces that do not in fact fit the first model doors. I sent a note via their site communicating this and heard nothing back. A month later, I did requested a return for exchange and heard nothing back. I’ve left a several voice messages via the number on the site and heard nothing back. I have returned the unused parts that do not fit requesting an exchange credit and listed the parts I would like in exchange.

Review: In May of this year, I purchased replacement moldings for a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. These were advertised to be a match for the original. However when I recieved them They are not made like the originals and don't even look the same. But seeing I destroyed the originals removing them, when I thought I was going to get a good replacement piece. Well the stuff came and I knew right away it was made of low quality "junk" the material they sent was off of a roll of vinyl (which can be bought for less than $100). It had been pre cut and notched to fit all the turns and corners of the vehicle. So at this point in my mind I was stuck with it. Well the first piece, with the way it was cut didn't fit very well and in deed is crooked because its the only way it would go on. Then one door molding was to short. One fender molding was so long it lapped over onto the door and up onto the hood. Then another piece for the rear quarter panrl was the same, way to long. As was the Rear passanger door that I made,somewhat fit. Enough was enough. I called "TeamGrandWagooneer" and told them of the problem. I asked for 4 replacement pieces. Which I would return the same and just be stuck with the rest of the junk. I was sent a return label. Which, I took to Fedex, to be told it was no good. For the next 3 months I called and e-mailed every other day. With no response. Finally I got a lady to answer the phone to get another retun label. At that time I sent the junk back. After another month or so with no response I started calling again. I talked to a second lady whom said the package I returned was there and no one had done anything about it. I spent 30 mins going over everything with her, she said she would send the replacements out the next day. That was over a month ago. I have once again started the phone calls and e-mails to them with no response. You need to understand this stuff cost close to $2000 yes with 3 zeros. It is poor, very poor quality and they want even respond. I have ruined a perfectly good car, just wanting to freshen it up a little. I tried to go on there wb site to leave a product review of the moldings( the only one posted told of how perfect a match it was and on and on) well my review never made it on to the page. and the worst thing I said about it was that from 50 feet it looked pretty good and if it didn't bother you that it was not the same you might like it. But they don't want people to know what it is they are selling. ( I am not just talking here, I own an auto restoration shop and have been in business for 21 years, so I know what I am talking about) Team Grand Wagoneer? Kenosha County Classics or whatever they want to call themselves is selling poor quality products and like in my case stealing peoples money. 18901 was my order number my toatl payment to them was around $1736

Review: I ordered some parts for my Jeep totaling $191.25 including shipping. This company withdrew the money immediately from my bank account albeit not having items in stock and have failed to deliver the product because of such. I have tried numerous time to resolve this issue but have failed. Today I was promised a refund but still nothing. My online receipt shows that the order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment".Desired Settlement: A refund of my money and have this place shut down for unethical practices.

We returned a damged part and still have not recieved credit or refund. We have also called numerous times over the past two months and have not recieved a return phone call to fix the matter. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

18MAY2015 - I purchased $176 worth of various parts through paypal.
07JUN2015 - I opened up a PayPal dispute with them
08JUN2015 - After no parts were received and no updates were sent, I emailed, called, posted on their facebook, that if a tracking number or reason why not, was not sent by the end of the week, I would pursue further action.
12JUN2015 - I called one last time to see if they had anything to say. I got fed a line of it vender deliveries, should be shipped by Monday, turn around time is about 3 weeks and so forth. I chose not to engage and instead asked for a refund. She quickly refunded my money through PayPal.
Point is, you can not run a business off of excuses and apologies, you need to ship the goods that you list for sell on your storefront in a timely manner or provide a reason why they can not be shipped upfront or within 48 hours of an order being placed. That is common practice these days. After almost a month of no contact or return contact and reading other peoples's experience with this company, I had lost all hope of receiving my parts and luckily didn't get scammed out of $176.
