I would recommend Regency Insurance company because they are very professional and willing to work with me. I have been with Florida Peninsula for about 3 or 4 years and find that their rates are very reasonable.

I have no idea why you would call anyone else for your insurance needs. Their price is always the best & the service is 2nd to none. Don't wast your time calling anyone else.

They stated that their job was to help me. But the insurance agent refuse to answer my calls. (I want to make sure my documents went through.) Than at the last minute stating he wasnt going to help be able to help me. He just didnt want to put up the effort. He didnt even give me a good notice and I can look for another agent. Waste of time and effort getting everything he needed.

after 2 months I got a notice of cancellation they said my application online was not signed by both parties if my wife did not sign why didnt the agent in this case was anthony b. of regency just call me and tell me about it. this is just lack of intelligence

Good afternoon-
Thank you for bring Mr. concern to our attention.
In Mr. complaint, he states "cancellation of my homeowners ins.they never called me about it

Regency Insurance Position
To be clear, Mr. insurance policy is not canceled. The policy is active and in full force. The policy has been paid in full.
Mr. states that Regency Insurance did not call him. In fact. Regency Has reached out to Mr. multiple times as there is incomplete items on his file. I.e. a signed insurance application. Regency Insurance is being pro-active on Mr. file to prevent him from further issues down the road.
June 4th 2018, application sent to Mr. to be signed, including a check list on what needs to be completed for the file.
June 14th 2018, A personal email sent to Mr. explaining what is outstanding from a compliance perspective and that we are still missing signatures.
July 4th 2018, A email to client stating we still have not received the wind mitigation report from client. Not receiving this report will result in pricing changes on his policy.
August 6th 2018. A email reminding Mr. that the insurance policy is active but items are still missing from the file that can result in issues down the road.
Desired Resolution.
Mr. desired resolution "i want to be reinstated"
Regency Insurance Position.
Mr. has an active insurance policy. There is no need for reinstatement as it is not canceled. However, Mr. still has not signed the application or provided the appropriate trailing documents. This will result in alterations to his insurance in the near future.
