I don't give 5 stars lightly but there is absolutely no way I could not leave a review for this company, Not only did they help me cut my homeowner's insurance cost by 1/3rd [with the exact same declaration!] but they also helped friends and family as well. I had a good experience with Regency this summer. They were very patient and polite as well as efficient when helping me.
The customer service level with Regency is tremendous! We are kept up-to-date with all information we need to make sure we are adequately insured at the best possible price. Their 'reminder' system is also set up in such a way that you will not forget a payment or forget to renew when the coverage is nearing it's completion.

Regency Insurance Group, LLC really cares about their customers and they respond quickly to the requests because they understand the urgency and want their customers to feel like they are really important. I highly recommend them as they care so so much.

Regency sends bill for policy payment on behalf of American Integrity Insurance I have no policy with or through Regency.
Regency Insurance sent a bill for policy payment on behalf of American Integrity Insurance - they are not my agent, nor have they ever been - I do not have a policy with American Integrity Insurance nor have I ever - I only asked for a quote from Regency 4 months ago. I recently received bills in mail from Regency - I called them, they say that they consider my quote request a verbal contact. To stop getting these false bills they say I must sign a paper saying I want to cancel my policy with them- I will not sign anything for them it's a scam trap to make it seem I had a policy that I never had with them. I have an insurance in force with another company and agent that has been in force from the time of my home closing. I am 100% disabled veteran and a senior this company are frauds and scam artists. I never signed anything with them only received a quote as I did from several companies to compare and they say to me it was misunderstanding but will not stop sending me bills for their non existing policy.
I want them to stop sending me their claims for insurance payment - I don't nor have I ever had American Integrity insurance. - I never had insurance with them nor through Regency. They must stop all communications.
Thank you for bringing Mr. ***'s concerns to our attention. Regency Insurance works diligently to make sure all customers and potential customers have a great interaction with our agency, to hear a client or potential client is upset or feels mistreated and we will work hard to resolve those matters.
To that end however, I believe there to be some inaccuracies in Mr. testimony. On January 8th 2019, Mr. had email interaction with our agency. In that email chain Mr. insinuated that he would like to have coverage placed for him effective 2/28/2019. Our staff emailed back that we were placing coverage on his behalf 2/28/2019. On January 10th Regency Insurance emailed Mr. an application to sign and proof of insurance effective 2/28. Mr. replied back that he was still looking at other insurance companies. This is not a problem, all that is needed to cancel a policy future effective policy is a signed cancel request. To date we have called Mr. on 2/11, 2/12 and spoke to Mr. on 5/7 advising him of this.
Mr. goes on to state that this is a "scam trap". That statement couldn't be further from the truth. Mr. authorized a future effective policy with one of our agents and then changed his mind. That happens, and all that is needed is to sign a cancel form. The cancel form reads "cancel flat, no coverage afforded." There has to be a signed form in order to cancel a policy that is an insurance company rule not an insurance agency rule. Regency is the insurance agency. The form is able to be electronically signed and is very easy for the client to do so.
Mr. desired resolution "I want them to stop sending me their claims for insurance payment - I don't nor have I ever had American Integrity insurance. - I never had insurance with them nor through Regency. They must stop all communications."
We would love to oblige by this, as stated previously, we want every customer and potential customer to have a tremendous experience interacting with our agency. We simply just need to signed cancel flat form. As stated the cancel for states that no coverage was ever afforded. Once received, Mr. would receive one more letter from American Integrity showing the policy was canceled flat. The cancel form can be electronically signed and would take only a matter of minutes to complete. We look forward to assisting Mr. canceling this policy. Thank you again and please let us know how we can assist further.
