I am rejecting this response because:Date: Mon, Jan 23, 2017 at 4:02 PMSubject: [redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgHello, I don't feel the case should be closed.  After I issued the complaint a box with more supplements arrived.  I didn't ask for them nor did I know they were being sent. So no I don't feel the complaint was satisfied.  Additionally I have been told I was using the wrong Stevia - their binder just says Stevia can be used but nothing else is stipulated.  Lastly carrots are a no-no but I was told it was ok to use in a soup.  I really feel they aren't on the up and up and would like my money back.Best regards,[redacted]
