NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! This was my first attempt at booking with Justfly.com Here is what I experienced: multiple emails prompting me to call as there where problems with my reservation The first time I called it took hours to make a correction to a birth date I was then told all was good The next day I received two more emails requesting I call as there was a problem and if I did not make contact within a few hours my reservation would be cancelled I called and was informed they needed our passport numbers to complete this reservation The travel was completely within the USA with no foreign travel Justfly informed me it was the airline requesting this information and that if I did not provide it they would cancel our reservation Justfly WOULD NOT allow me to talk to a supervisorThis took about minutes of my time and I would not provide my passport information I called the airlines directly and informed them of what I was being told They confirmed my reservation and my bank confirmed payment as well as the airlines While on the phone with the airlines as the airlines put information into my reservation stating that a passport was not needed for this travel, Justfly cancelled my reservation after the airlines provided notation The airlines watched the status of my reservation change The airline was fabulous and assisted us in securing the reservation through them I then called Justfly to find out what was going on and they informed me I cancelled the reservation and there would be a fee for the cancellation I explained that I did not cancel it they did and that the airlines watched it change as I was on the phone with them to investigate the need for a passport Justfly struggled with this idea and repeated multiple times that I cancelled it Again they WOULD NOT allow me to talk with a supervisor After much frustration and a direct message as what options I have based on their business practices, Justfly agreed to refund all the charges within - hoursIt has not been - hours yet, but I will write again if I do not have the refund within this time frame Needless to say I am writing in hope that others do not experience what we have experienced I am also hoping to disclose Justfly as after my experience I spent time researching them and have found issues have happened to lots of folks This is a business that needs to be shutdown and airlines need to know what Justfly is saying about them

I booked tickets via JustFl*** for a flight on Spirit AirlinesFirst of all, it was not clear to me that I was booking flights via JustFly and not directly through the airlineHad I known this, I would have booked directly through the airline instead, since JustFly charges a fee for bookingSecondly, our flight reservation on Spirit did not have our infant daughter listed, even though her name and information showed up on the reservation through JustFlyWe figured it was because she was flying as a lap child (for free) and did not need a boarding pass since we didn't have a ticket for her; however after we waited through the security line we were told that she needed to have a boarding pass regardless so we had to go back to the Spirit counter and have them reissue our boarding passes to include our daughterAccording to Spirit records, our daughter was no where to be found on the reservation, so somehow JustFly did not do an accurate job of passing on the booking informationBecause of this, we almost missed our flightI am not happy with the service of JustFly and will not book with them again
