Very helpful and polite.

I called in to Jupiter Support for a little help, my computer was giving acting up. I was given to a very nice guy that got to work faster than I am use to on here. In no time he had to problem figured out. sent me to the T.E.C. support person and he found it right off.

In no time he had me back on the net . Everything worked just fine, Thanks for the help. Its had to find good people so my vote is to keep them on staff. they can old help the company's name and bring in other people needing help. Keep up the good work.

I was advised to get an external hard drive and set up a schedule as to when to have my tune ups done. I've been doing it for a few months now and everything is working out fine. Jupiter also has helped an 85 years old man become more knowlegeable on problems I've experienced in using the computer. I'm very pleased with their service

I was helped by Stella very much today. I got a warning from a craigslist site that I may have been infected by a virus. Stella was very helpful and took care of the situation for me.

These people get triple great rating from me. I had them on the line because I got my computer home from a local tech and they didn't fix it.
