Our experience with Joyce Factory Direct for our new roof, was outstandingThey were very professionalThey completed the project in days, and even our neighbors were impressed with their workThe clean up after the work was done was equally impressiveWe would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct any project that may need to be done
We wanted to get a privacy fence put around our backyard We had the Sale's Manager for Steve's Factory Direct come to our home to give us an estimate He talked a really good game He promised we'd be getting top quality materials, timely installation, a fence made in their factory custom to our yard This was on November 8, We were told that we'd have high quality cedar wood as the fence, not the cheap pine material you get from [redacted] or ***'s, which he assured us is not where they obtain fence materials We were told the fence would hold up for years We were told that they had teams of people who do nothing but install fences They supposedly don't have crews that roof one day, install a fence the next, etcThey had crews that specialized in one type of job We were given a rough estimate of weeks before installation We were quoted a price of nearly $13,000, which we were happy to pay for a high quality cedar fence Fast forward to early February
My experience with Joyce Factory Direct was great All the way from the salesman who came out to our house to the builders who put our deck on Everyone was professional and took pride in the workmanship
These people are so nice and really professionalThey truly want to make you happy with what you are paying forWe bought new windows for the whole house and they are great windows and they did a GREAT job putting them in.They did a good job explaining the products beforehand , along with how long it would take and answered all of our questions and concernsI would use them again for sure

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/05/20) */ We are genuinely apologetic for our client's frustrationWe already had the owner of the lumber company who supplies the wood for all our projects, inspect the boards used for this deckThere was discovery that materials used for this decking, contained more knots than typical with the quality of lumber we are used to working withAfter consultation and negotiating on behalf of our client, new boards are being provided for replacement As well, we had already hired an independent company who has viewed the deck and agreed to remove all the existing stain from this projectOnce the new decking is in place, they will provide a beautiful one color finish for our client We understand that these procedures may not have been moving quickly enough for our client, however, they have been attended to, in motion and will be resolved very soon
Every review I read should have been a clueThere was a small issue with financing, but once that was resolved, the process was far from smoothIt took a while to get the siding, but once started, the job was quick and looks niceThe window however was never ordered until after the siding was completed, it was an add on, but before the siding was even orderedI had to call continually or email the salesman to get it ordered and installedThe company did offer us a small refund once the financing was receivedI had to chase that too, finally received it months after the siding was completed The wonderful siding that was sold as "premium" or virtually indestructible cracked after being on for months! It took several months for them to order siding to fix and now it has been in for months and still no one contacted me to get it installed, I have had to make calls and send emails to the salesmanThe follow up that is required from the customer is a full time job!!

Early last summer I noticed there was some siding that hadn't been installed correctly and had come loose and there was also a broken corner piece that needed to be replaced Call history: July 14th: Left message asking for a call back regarding this issue No response July 18th: Called back and spoke with *** Told her the issue with the siding She said she needed to check if the siding color was in stock and that she would call us back to let us know Never received call back August 2nd: Called again and spoke with *** Was told scheduling was weeks out Was told she would check if siding was in stock and call us back the next day [redacted] called back the same day and let us know the color was not in stock and that it would take 1/- weeks to arrive August 24th (1/weeks later): We had to call back to inquire about the siding order/service schedule and leave a message August 26th: We received a call from another individual at Joyce, who was calling
Absolutely no problems/issues at allSalesperson was very knowledgeable and explained process very well, what to expect, etcWould recommend to anyone

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The national production manager did come up and said that he would have a crew come out and redo the flashing and put ice and water guard around the chimney and replace the shingles with what was left over from the job Until this is completed, we will not be satisfied When we had the estimate on the roof we were advised that replacing the roof would stop the water from coming in but it has made it worse If they knew that we did not need a roof but chimney work then why did they advise a new roof would stop the water from coming in This is so frustrating and I feel like we were taken advantage of Regards, [redacted]
Joyce Factory Direct put siding on my two story house. I was very pleased with the results. It improved the appearance of the house dramatically. There were a few minor problems after they completed the job but came back an fixed them to my satisfaction.

Joyce Factory Direct replaced windows for us in an older home (1950's), the experience from start to finish was amazing The sales staff is both helpful and knowledgeable, the financing department was exceptional The entire experience was so much better than I expected, but I have to tell you about the install Steve was our installer and I have never met someone who takes so much pride in his work, he is a true professional The windows are incredible, the best on the market by far, but the install experience really put me over the top They were in an out in about hours, the work was incredible, and the installer was professional, personable, and a real perfectionist I have zero complaints about our experience Joyce Factory DIrect gets my very particular seal of approval!
Joyce Factory installed new sun room windows and screens, Oct 2014, $5,(paid in entirety) I dropped off three of the screens for repair (warranty) on Sep 30, I was told they would be ready in 1-1/weeks or so I am still waiting for them I have called three times and have been given excuses each time Was told they would be ready Nov and they were not Am still waiting Have not been able to open three of the four sun room windows for almost weeks now, due to not having the screens
