Jiffy Lube representative broke my dip stick when I went in for them to check my oil. Said they would pay for its replacement and never did.
I entered Jiffy Lube on May 15th to check my oil before returning to NJ. The representative broke my dip stick. I was advised by *** I would have to wait 30 minutes before he could fix and that he would "bite the cost for the replacement but he was going to charge me $37.00 for labor." Instead, I was there 3 1/2 hrs while he went and worked on other vehicles. Someone eventually called the district manager for assistance when I complained I was contacting customer service about the long wait and the charge for labor. I had previously explained my Nana and I could not wait inside the store because she "was 102 and her legs were giving out and I didn't want to chance her falling on their premises." Once the dip stick was removed in which they had to remove the valve cover to retrieve, I watched *** as he taped it together and put back in my car. He then told me to start my car and walked away. When he didn't return, I asked another representative what did he want me to do? She called *** back to my car and I asked him, what did he want me to do. He advised me he was finished and I could go. I advised him he had just taped the dip stick together and put back in my car. It was then that he stated it would be a couple of days before they would have one and I could just contact a jiffy lube in NJ and his store would underwrite the cost. I then provided him with the store information in NJ where I go #810. He called and spoke with *** and told me I was set. Upon arriving in NJ, I contacted the Jiffy Lube/*** and was told by them, that *** said I was paying for the dip stick and they were just installing. They also advised me that they were different owners and per their district manager they could not underwrite the cost of the dipstick. I then contacted customer service for the store in NC and spoke with ***, the district manager who said Jiffy Lube in NJ should have helped me because they were all the same store despite different owners and he would contact them and follow up with me. To date, he has never responded so I went to *** dealership in*** and ordered a dip stick for my car which I wish to be reimbursed in the amount of $16.07. I thought I was a valued customer of Jiffy Lubes since I have been getting my cars serviced with them for well over 20 years however their treatment of me and the dishonesty that was deliberately demonstrated by *** is appalling.
I wish to be reimbursed for the cost of the dip stick. The cost was 15.07 plus 1.00 sales tax totaling 16.07. They lost a loyal customer because of their extremely poor customer service.

I have been taking my cars for service for years and all five vehicles for oil changes and headlight restoration. they have done 4 out of 5 vehicles there and never any issues. the manager ask why do I need the head lights done to my truck and I reply when you get up close you will see the discoloration. she had a rude and negative attitude. usually there is a guy who has done them and I was very pleased with the work. yesterday I observed the manger doing it so I left and went down the street while they where doing the oil change and restoration. when I came back I seen my truck was done so I went to take a look at it and notice scratches around the pain were the headlights were. I know in the pass 4 other times the guy would put tape around the area to avoid scratching the paint. so when I went inside the manager *** yelled at me and said did I touch the head lights and I replied no and I said who are you yelling at. the young lady that took my order went outside and I showed here the damage. I paid and I called the number she gave me hr *** is the lady for hr. no one called me back yet

My car broke down and I had to push it to Jiffy lube. Not only was I laughed at while pushing the car to the parking lot but my battery didn't last a whole 2 years. I asked what the warranty was on the battery and they told me to bring the car in to see if it was another issue other than the battery. I told them my name, number, vin, and plate number but for some reason I wasn't in the system. Now I sitting here trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. At the same time even if they only charged the battery I should still be in the system for some kind of service.
Product_Or_Service: Battery
Replacement I just want the battery replaced.

Went to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I assumed they would keep the same tires together however they did not which caused cupping.
I went to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I assumed they would keep the same tires together however they did not which caused cupping. Two of my tires are the OEM, the other two are ***rs. Instead of keeping the tires together they put one OEM / ***r up front and in the rear. I had noticed extreme vibrations on the Interstate so took my vehicle to ***. The dealership stated due to Jiffy Lube's carelessness they have caused all 4 tires to cup. Because of this I need to buy all new tires which didn't even need to be replaced before I went to Jiffy Lube.
I'd like Jiffy Lube to cover some of the cost of my new tires, or would like to be refunded my oil change and tire rotation from June since they caused extreme destruction to my tires.
