I ordered medical scrubs from this business (website) on April **, It is now a month later and I have yet to receive my product even though money was taken out of my account days after my order was made I have made several attempts by email and phone to get ahold of someone in regards to this issue and still have not had anyone contact me back! Horrible customer service!!
I placed an order for pairs of Scrub pants on May *, At the time, the website said the product ships in 2-business daysAfter contacting the customer service several times via phone and email regarding the order, they finally sent a response stating the item would be shippedIt was marked shipped on the website on May ***, but no tracking number was givenSeveral more attempts to contact the company via email and phone have gone unanswered

I ordered uniforms on 3/**/Order # *** My credit card was charged $on 3/**/ I received an email on 4/*/that my order was shipped After not receiving my order by 4/**/I contacted Jen's Scrubs via email to inquire where my order was I received a reply that it was shipped *** on 4/*/ They said they were re-shipping 4/*/via *** expedited shippingThey don't supply a tracking number After still not receiving my order on 4/**/16, I emailed Jen's Scrubs again on 4/**/16, 4/**/and 4/**/16, but as of yet have not received a reply I cannot find a phone number on their website to call The only way to contact them is through email and their web page
On Sunday April **,I placed a order with Jen's ScrubsOn Tuesday Arpil **, the amount of $was deducted from my accountAs of April **,I have not received my order
I have gone to the website and checked the status of my order and it continues to say "Awaiting Fulfillment." I am not sure why because all my items stated " In Stock"
I have tried to phone mulitple times ###-###-####.There were times when I would call and they would state phone system down and advised to email with any questionsThe times I actually got through on the phone system it has you hold for awhile and returns stating customer service is busy and to leave a message which I had done twiceOnce on 4/**/then again 4/**/No one ever returned my calls
I emailed twice once on 4/**/and again on 4/**/On April **, I received a email stating that my email was received and being reviewed by support staff
Then on April **,I received another email stating I was refund
I originally ordered scrubs from this company on 04/**/and I was told that the scrubs were shipped on 04/**/They promised a tracking number for my order which I did not receiveI tried to contact the company both by email and phone with no responseweeks passed and my package never arrivedI have since purchase uniforms else where and thus placed a dispute with my credit card as I have never received my itemsJen's scrubs sent me an email on 05/**/stating that my package had yet again "shipped", this time including a tracking numberSince I no longer need the items, I will need to return themJen's scrubs has a policy stating that returns need to be made within days of the order dateThat date would be 05/05/and tracking information states that I will not have the package until 05/**/at the end of the day, too lateI tried yet again to reach Jen's scrubs to discuss options and I am not able to get in touch with anyone at the company

I placed an order on 5/**/with Jen's Scrubs onlineMy money was taken out immediately and to this day I still do not have my orderWhen I called to check on my order I only get a voicemailI have left numerous voicemails and have sent two e-mailsI have never received had any responses back from Jen's ScrubsI have noticed reviews on the internet that indicate that many other people are having the same problem
Jen's Scrub is still advertising on their Facebook page and their website is still up and running which means they are still taking orders and people's money
We understand this person's frustration regarding the scrubs order and we have done our best to accommodate her We did experience a system outage with our phone and email system ( at the same time ) and have now resolved most of the issues The order was refunded with her bank and we
have done all we could to get her money back into her account These refunds usually take a few days to go through but should be completed within business days at the most We have see some other complaints from customers regarding these issues and have been able to resolve them by expediting shipping or refunding the orders We are well on track to address all the issues and feel that we are doing all we can to accommodate our customers.

I ordered two pairs of scrub pants on 3/*/I paid with *** and was charged on 3/*/I did not receive items by early April so I emailed them inquiring about deliveryI was told items were back ordered until 4/**/ I had not received items by mid May so I emailed againOn 5/**/16, I received a response saying the order was canceled and I a refund has been issuedI have yet to receive a refundI have emailed twice since then and have heard nothingMost mail order companies do NOT bill until the product is shipped but they are differentThat is fineI just want my $backI am grateful it is not a large amount of money

I purchased a scrub top at the end of MarchIt took a week for them to say that they "shipped" my shirt (April ***)Almost a month later and I have yet to receive my topI've called their number about 40+ times and it will ring for seconds and then ask me to leave a voicemailI've emailed numerous times in the past few weeks with no responseI've read multiple reviews that people have left saying that they were billed for a product that they never receivedAnd that these people never contacted them backEverIt's not about getting my money back anymoreIt's about the principle of the situation
I ordered a scrub jacket online from this company on April **, On May *, 2016, I contacted them as I had not received my item ordered, but they had received payment I was promptly contacted and was told that my order had been "hung up" in their system and that it was available to ship They also offered a discount which I accepted I still have not received my scrub jacket and I can not get anyone to answer the phone or to return my phone call at the customer service number When calling, I often get a message saying I have been transferred to a non-working number; it is their system that transferred me to that non-working number! I want my money back as soon as possible!
