6/8/2017 [redacted] spoke with me ( [redacted] ) and I still agreed to help him at no cost. He wanted us to fill out some paper work and we believed that there was no need for this since we are helping at no cost. I never saw the documents but we can not help someone who does not want help and only want more and more money back.

I purchased what was supposed to be a twin turbo Infiniti G37. I purchased it in April of 2016. When I purchased the car they told me they had to get it inspected for me and it would be a couple of days. 2 weeks went by and they finally contacted me to tell me it wouldn't pass inspection and they will have to have the turbos fixed. I waited 2 months for them to say we will have it ready. I told them don't drive it, because I want my mechanic to run through it. The owner told me if there was any problem with the motor he would help me with the cost. When my mechanic got the car he ran through and saw that there was an oil pump on it. Its a front mount turbo system which requires and oil pan and that was the reason the turbo seals went out. Also there was a bunch of stock parts that hadn't been upgraded like fuel injectors and stuff. Needless to say I spent 5k to be able to get it to run. Once we got it to run my mechanic noticed another problem why doing a smoke test. The turbo gaskets weren't replaced. So we had to drop the motor. Once again I called the owner of jd motors and told him his mechanic didn't install it right and all I wanted was him to help me with the cost. He told me he wished he never sold me the car. That was his response. When my mechanic dropped the motor he realized they had missing bolts on the motor and missing pins in bolts. Also the motor doesn't have a vin number on it. Not to mention the steering column was striped out. 7k later it's finally fixed and Jd motors sent me an email saying they begged me not to buy the car. Which was a lie and he said that he wished I would of never been a customer. This is the kind of service these guys provide. Please be careful with these guys, and take a mechanic to check it.

I contacted [redacted] about a vehicle he listed on the internet. He answered all my questions and emailed the Carfax to me. We flew into Austin a few days later to see the car and he sent one of his employees to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. The lot was clean and I could tell he only buys nice cars to sell.
He allowed us to take the vehicle for as long as we wanted to check it out. I bought the vehicle for what he was asking as I felt it was in line with the cars value and a fair price. He even threw in a full tank of gas...New car dealers don't even do that anymore.
[redacted] had his mechanics check the vehicle over before delivering it to me. They found an inner tie rod needed to be replaced. We were on a time constraint to get back home and could not wait for the work to be done. [redacted] told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic when I got home and he would cover the full cost of replacement. We drove the vehicle home 1300 miles in two days without any problems.
I discovered the vehicle was missing the spare and jack from the trunk. [redacted] paid the full cost to buy those items also. Wow! what kind of used car dealer is this?
JD Motors went the extra mile to make me happy. They were friendly and considerate of all my concerns. He even checked up a couple days later to see how I liked the vehicle.
I would buy again from JD Motors without hesitation.

This consumer sat with a bank representative and signed paperwork. The $100/ week is what he owes me for the down payment. there is a warranty on the vechicle, however the warranty place refuses to pay for the repairs they said that the car parts werent taken care of so they dont cover rusted parts and currosen. now on my defence the car was purched in that condition the car dealer should have made sure every repair was...

done on the car to ensure my safety however that was not done so when he took the car to the inspection person they should have seen that these parts werent in the best condition and should have been replaced now its going to cost me 1200 dollars for the repairs plus tax. I have already paid 220 for the repairs in november and now another 1200 when go get the car which is currently in the shop. there was 89000 miles when I bought th2 car and now theres only like 92000 on the car and thats estimated but since I had the car I only drove it 2weeks in november and two weeks in december and nowits been in the shopsince december and 3 different adjusters have come to look at the damages. I dont feel comfortable taken it to the dealer because the car wasnt safe when I purched it
