I purchased what was supposed to be a twin turbo Infiniti GI purchased it in April of When I purchased the car they told me they had to get it inspected for me and it would be a couple of daysweeks went by and they finally contacted me to tell me it wouldn't pass inspection and they will have to have the turbos fixedI waited months for them to say we will have it readyI told them don't drive it, because I want my mechanic to run through itThe owner told me if there was any problem with the motor he would help me with the costWhen my mechanic got the car he ran through and saw that there was an oil pump on itIts a front mount turbo system which requires and oil pan and that was the reason the turbo seals went outAlso there was a bunch of stock parts that hadn't been upgraded like fuel injectors and stuffNeedless to say I spent 5k to be able to get it to runOnce we got it to run my mechanic noticed another problem why doing a smoke testThe turbo gaskets weren't replacedSo we had to drop the motorOnce again I called the owner of jd motors and told him his mechanic didn't install it right and all I wanted was him to help me with the costHe told me he wished he never sold me the carThat was his responseWhen my mechanic dropped the motor he realized they had missing bolts on the motor and missing pins in boltsAlso the motor doesn't have a vin number on itNot to mention the steering column was striped out7k later it's finally fixed and Jd motors sent me an email saying they begged me not to buy the carWhich was a lie and he said that he wished I would of never been a customerThis is the kind of service these guys providePlease be careful with these guys, and take a mechanic to check it

there is a warranty on the vechicle, however the warranty place refuses to pay for the repairs they said that the car parts werent taken care of so they dont cover rusted parts and currosennow on my defence the car was purched in that condition the car dealer should have made sure every repair was done on the car to ensure my safety however that was not done so when he took the car to the inspection person they should have seen that these parts werent in the best condition and should have been replaced now its going to cost me dollars for the repairs plus taxi have already paid for the repairs in november and now another when go get the car which is currently in the shopthere was miles when I bought thcar and now theres only like on the car and thats estimated but since I had the car I only drove it 2weeks in november and two weeks in december and nowits been in the shopsince december and different adjusters have come to look at the damagesi dont feel comfortable taken it to the dealer because the car wasnt safe when I purched it

Joseph purchased the vehicle AS-ISDue to the fact that we like to conduct good business, we still attempt to make our customers percent satisfied [redacted] came in 6/6/to get a check for a tire he was not satisfied withEven though we purchased the vehicle we refunded him $On 6/8/ [redacted] spoke with me ( [redacted] ) and I still agreed to help him at no costHe wanted us to fill out some paper work and we believed that there was no need for this since we are helping at no costI never saw the documents but we can not help someone who does not want help and only want more and more money back

This consumer sat with a bank representative and signed paperworkThe $100/ week is what he owes me for the down paymentI let him drive the vehicle with no money paid at the time of pick up and now he doesn't want to pay per the agreementThe bank will also be sending the loan payment book as well

business that have not been percent happy, which in this industry is impossible*** you were advised to not purchase this VTwin Turbo BMWI (*** Dib ) personally told you to test drive these more practical six cylinder BMW cars ( white 328i and gray x)I also advised you to purchase a warranty if you want to go with this fun Twin Turbo VBMWYou did take my advise and purchased this warrantyTwo weeks later you cancelled the warranty and collected your 100% refund of your warranty that you boughtYou stated your uncle is going to buy you warranty that is cheaperThree months later you have an issue with this vehicle and you want us to take care of it even though you cancelled the warrantyI worked really hard on talking to our warranty representative to activate your warranty againI told you if you simply buy the warranty again, then they will fix any issues you had or will have in the futureYou refused to buy the warranty you originally boughtOur goal is to make every single customer happy but that simply can not be done when a customer does not take any of our advise

I am rejecting this response because: The Department of motor vehicles did not “side“ with JD motors under any certain terms at all. In fact, the gentleman( mr. [redacted] that I talked to agreed that JDmotors acted irresponsible and dishonest in selling me this car if  my  complaints and accusations are honest. . What the DMV did explain is that their entity is “limited“ to what they can do and what types of complaints that they actually handle. They suggested a few other areas for me to take this further. They also suggested that I not give up because I was deceived.  JD motors has completely ignored “all“ of my attempt at contact since the date that I described to you in the letter I initially wrote( my original complaint letter to you) after I met with “their“ mechanic. Furthermore, me buying a $5000 warranty to repair an item that cost $12,000 that was wrong with the car since day one of my driving it is “not sufficient help!“ Also they never ever advised me not to purchase the vehicle ( they were aware that the particular vehicle we are talking about is the reason that I showed up at their lot to begin with) but they did tell me that it will need oil often and that this is normal for this car –  but the truth of the matter is, this car has a major oil problem that they were aware of and tried to cover up. . I have not had the car three months and again,  however I have been complaining about this issue since before I drove the car off the lot the first time, the very expensive problem that they sold  me the car with existed on day one, it existed prior to day one and it still exists today. [redacted] has not done anything to help me and he has not worked hard at all. Nor has he made any attempt to contact me since “his“ mechanic gave me the information mentioned in letter number one.  As I stated prior, I will not stop at anything that does not make perfect sense - regarding this situation ,  they have hurt me and my family financially and  and other ways. Not to mention, this is exhausting. I  would be happy with a different car in where I break even ( I will have it checked out) or I would be happy to have them buy the car back and refund me my money.  I appreciate any and all help.
