I also have received several of these "official" looking bogus letters from this supposed company. My question is this....why hasn't the Revdex.com done anything about this since I can see from this website that a file was opened on 7/2/10. That was 7 1/2 years ago!!!!!
Thank you for the information you provided in your complaint. Interstate National Dealer Services Inc., ("Interstate") takes consumer complaints very seriously. As the third party administrator of vehicle service contracts, Interstate administers contracts for multiple marketers. Interstate does not engage in the sale or marketing of these contracts. In order to address your concerns, we kindly request that you provide us with information that will enable us to accurately identify the marketer in question, such as the name of the marketer or a copy of the mailer you received. This information may be sent to Attention: Manager at [email protected]. Upon receipt, if it is determined that we have a relationship with this marketer, Interstate will contact the marketer and ensure that your contact information be removed from their distribution list, and you no longer receive these materials
Bad investment for my 2014 Infiniti JX60 . I was wooed by the idea from Warranty Direct that everything would be covered by their Luxury Plan. Well guess what, my headlight is not covered. The bulb and body are good, but the ballast went out. My factory warranty had just expired (which would have covered), but guess what Warranty Direct does not. Bad product, bad investment. Do not be lured by their lofty sales pitch. You will be disappointed.
In regards to the complaint written by Mr. *** contract # ***-WD
The issues Mr. had was for the ballast in the headlight, the contract Mr. has states that all sealed beans would be excluded under letter B of his exclusions section.
This claim is rightfully denied based on the guidelines and language of his contract.
At this time, we have addressed the customers concerns and requests to close this complaint.
My father, who has been deceased 5 years now, received a rather threatening letter from this company stating that his warranty is expiring on a car which he sold probably 10 years ago. The letter looks really official and I could see some people falling for this scam. I saw in some other reviews that Interstate National Dealer Services is claiming someone else is sending these letters and in other cases, phone calls. But I couldn't reach the site they said to file a claim to help them catch these people. The address listed in small print is theirs, but the toll free number is different.
I have received several formal looking mailings which proport to be offering an extension of existing warrantee for my auto. the back page of the mailing appears to be a bill for repairs/car rentals. This mailing is deceptive and misleading. It states deadlines and program terms as if they are merely a continuation of coverage, not a new program. Only a very careful reading reveals what this is about.
Buyer Beware of these DECEPTIVE AND MISLEAADING TACTICS!
Their computer is attacking mine and my family's cell phones with dozens of unwanted calls trying to solicit an extended warranty. I have asked several times to stop the calls, and they persist. Now they have started using a different local number to fake us out that maybe the call is coming from a local caller. This practice of calling our cell phones is very annoying and the product is misrepresented. As the legal term suggest, a warranty is something given free along with the purchase of a product and given directly from the manufacture of the product. This company can not sell a warranty or extend the factory warranty. It is a total scam!!!! The only product that comes close would be a service contract, but they do not mention these terms in their advertising or their computer generated phone raids. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS KIND OF LIAR!!!

This company has been calling me for over 8 months about every week. For the last 4 weeks they are calling me twice a day. I have asked not to be called. I have signed up for "do not call" through my normal website, and through their phone number. They are pushing a customer to the point that I might have to buy a ticket and fly down to their offices and let them know in person. I am considering getting a lawyer and suing both Honda and this company for every call they are making to my house.

I received an advertisement that referred to my receiving previous "multiple notices" and claimed that I had not contacted the company to update my file. It also listed non-existent repair costs on the back of the advertisement in what was clearly designed to appear as a bill. Only in tiny print at the bottom of the back page did it make clear that the letter was an advertisement. It should also be noted that the letter is packaged in such a way that it looks like a real bill. The note that "Example Repair Invoice Enclosed" is only visible once the letter is opened. It is placed in between the windows on the envelope that list the address of the intended recipient and the company.
I have asked this company several times to remove my number from their list; all they do is update what car I have. Which is still out of date. When I ask them to remove me, they hang up. Today I received a call and the lady only gave me the name of the business, when I asked for her name, she hung up on me. This company has violated all FCC regulations and is a complete scam

DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We've had extended warranty service with INDS for 10 months. In this time we have paid over $1100. for coverage. We have submitted 2 claims, one in February and one in October, 2017. The first was partially covered. Including the deductible, we still paid the larger portion of the bill. The second was totally denied. INDS reps were courteous as they explained that they do not cover parts that 'wear out from usage', they cover parts that have 'mechanical failures' even though the part in question is listed as a covered part. After 2 conversations with 2 different reps we realized they were reading from a script and any other input from us was a waste of time. We told the rep we would be cancelling our coverage. He was very cordial in telling us to have a good rest of our day. Coverage cancelled!
This company will not stop calling me everyday. I don't even have a car that needs a warranty. I've tried to opt out and requested to be placed on their do not call list, but they still call everyday. I asked how many time are they going to tell me that this is my final warning. The rep said, "we will call everyday!" and they do. Harassment, deceptive business. Please end them.
This company will not stop calling. I've asked to be on the do not call list multiple times & they keep calling. I've managed to get an actual person on the phone and they hang up on me as soon as I ask never to be called again. This company has claimed my auto warranty is near expiration for a long while now - they know nothing about my car or it's warranty. This company is an absolute scam with zero intergrity.
We purchased an RV in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2013.
With our purchase, we also took out the "Extended Warranty" with INDSF (Interstate National Dealer Services of Florida, Inc.) It is the "Diamond" Warranty. We paid over $5,000.00 for just the warranty.
At first, they covered a few things stated in the contract (but only after calling over and over...speaking with a "supervisor").
Today, we tried to get other things that are currently broken that the contract states are covered. When the repair company called them to get permission, ALL claims were denied.
I called 800-924-0400 and requested to speak with a supervisor. After spending 8 minutes on hold, she came back...said all of the supervisors were "busy" and took my phone number. She said they would be calling back today.
I then went online and tried calling the "corporate office". This number was routed right back to the phone number above.
I have also called the dealership that we purchased our RV from, and told them they are dealing with a Warranty Company that is robbing their customers. A manager said that they will be calling us back this afternoon.
I would like to warn ANYONE who is thinking about getting ANY type of warranty through INDSF not to waste the money. PLEASE check with your dealership before purchase.
When we get home, we are taking our "contract" to our attorney. I would like to gather all those people who have been "ripped off" and start a class action lawsuit.
For anyone that has been ripped off by INDSF, I can be reached by Email: [email protected]
Please send me an email, and I will put you on the list.
I have read all of the negative comments online. INDSF is also on the "Rip Off" report.
The complaints are ENDLESS!
SHAME ON YOU INDSF. If I have my way....you will eventually be out of business.
We travel in our RV for 6 months out of the year and will be talking to many campers and RV owners. We are Good Sam members, belong to KOA, and Passport. Your service is deplorable.
I would have given them 0 on the rating, but it does not go that low.
Any business that sends unsolicited letters with a threatening tone is a dishonest & scandalous operation at its core. This company sent me a "warranty expiration" letter referring to a service that I have never inquired about. I consider myself an educated consumer however I'm sure there are some people less familiar with automobile ownership who fall prey to this deceit.
Have done no business with this company but phone stalking excessively. When the phone prompts get me to a company representative and I try to get any detail on how they got my contact information they disconnect. Interestingly, I was recently notified that a medical account with a medical supply company was hacked. After that time I have these creepy people along with some result cruise ship non stop phone soliciting call. I ask if they are even legit? Behaving like complete scam. I want the calls to stop and my medical information respected and kept private. Shame on predator greedy companies!

On June, 2017 I purchased a 2011 Lexus 350 through a local credit union. I included a contract with Interstate. This September 19 I had problem with the Steering Leakage. The cost to me was for $1600.00 The servicing dealer (Toyota) called Interstate and received approval for the work. There was no hassle at all. Thank you Interstate.
Interstate appreciates the customer's feedback and will continue to provide ultimate service to all of their customers .
Thank you.
If you wish to share your contract number, please do.
I, too, have been STALKED by this company wanting to renew my warranty (which is good for another year). I receive approximately 10-12 calls per week. I have added my number to the DNC list and they continue to call. This last phone call (today) I actually got a live person on the phone and politely asked them to not call me again. They did indicate that they were employed by National Dealer Services. When I asked how they got my phone number, they stated that I provided it to the company...
This company will not stop calling and will not remove my number. I have filed several complaints with the do not call registry and with the company. This business is not an A+ business.
I own a car that has just gone out of warranty. Just today I have rec'd 3+ calls from "heather" wanting to renew my warranty. Every time the calls come in which have been almost daily for the last 12 months it is from a different number and I block it and they call from another number. Even when offered to be put on the "do not call list" , they just call from a different number. This is a nuisance and I want off this merry go around of endless undesired calls. The donotcall.gov is a sham - all my numbers are listed on the website and yet I get multiple calls every day from some random robo call. So frustrating.
Interstate National Dealer Services does not make telemarketing calls and does not engage a third
party to make such telemarketing calls on its behalf. However, it has come to our attention that
competing businesses or marketers improperly identifying themselves as "National Dealer Services"
or similar names have been calling consumers. Because such companies use the generic "National Dealer Services", if a consumer does an internet search for "National Dealer Services," the consumer sees contact information for
Interstate National as the top entries.Interstate National has tried diligently to identify the entity or entities behind the calls but
unfortunately to date has not been able to do so. We have tracked and investigated a number of calls:
the numbers have been spoofed. None of the calls were made by or on behalf of Interstate National.Interstate National will continue
its efforts to identify the companies or marketers behind the calls and will continue to do everything possible to have the calls stopped. At this time we have addressed the customers concerns and request to close this complaint.
I took out a warranty for my car through car shield which I guess is a middle man for INDS when I signed up for the warranty I told them the car was not with me so I did not know the exact miles they said just estimate so I guessed. Three months later I filed a claim they ask about mile discrepancy and ask me to send in info on miles for the car I sent all documents and I got the typical run around and now INDS said I have to call car shield back and cancel policy they will not cover claim after making us send in everything they ask for so basically just wasting a week of my time while car just sits at dealership. and even though I was forced to cancel they said I had to write a letter to cancel and a refund would not be received for 20 days after they received letter. Which if like anything else letter will sit there for a week before anything is done. They have 500.00 dollars of my money that I wont see for a month and we now have to pay for all repairs to the car.
"SAVE YOUR MONEY" Spend it on the repair NOT ON THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY.
Purchased this contract for a used 2009 Ford Explorer in march of 2013 Contract #*** called PowerShieldEnhanced. Put a claim in in 2014 had problems with the throttle body. The claim was denied because I didn't take the Emissions part of the contract. I could understand this and didn't dispute it. However; yesterday July 6, 2017 a claim was place for a defective front wheel bearing hub. My mechanic with over 45 years experience told them it broke because of defect. Because only one hub was broken, the vehicle has only 113,000 miles, which equals 14,000 miles a year. This "Warranty Direct" , over the Phone denies the claim stating it wear and tear, mind you never having seen the vehicle. I call to dispute this and have an inspector come out and check and show us how this is wear and tear. Customer service reps, Joyce and Samanta tell me we won't do that. So I ask what you're telling me is that's it "DENIED". So here I am on the Revdex.com site because they Accredited this company.
How can you deny a claim of failure and dispute the cause stated by an accredited mechanic of better than 45 yrs "over the phone".
I would have been better off saving the $2300.00 spent and using it for repairs. Would have been cheaper and less time consuming. By the way this vehicle has been serviced by my Ford dealer since I purchased it "have records" the WORKS every three thousand miles. Includes wheel rotation, oil change, lubes, all systems check. Never been made aware of a problem other than when I need brakes or Tires, which I let them do.
So in conclusion "SAVE YOUR MONEY" Think twice maybe three times before spending thousands with "WARRANTY DIRECT" AKA Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. SMALL CLAIMS COURT HERE I COME!!!
