Interstate National Dealer Services Reviews (%countItem)

I am receiving 5 to 7 calls a day, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. everyday. I have selected the option to be taken off the call registry. I have spoken with a rep. and asked to be taken of the registry. I have done these multiple times each.

Each rep. tells me that it will take up to 10 days to remove me from the list. But it never happens and the amount of calls increase.

Desired Outcome

No further contact by the busi Never call me again!

Interstate National Dealer Services Response • Feb 10, 2019

Thank you for the information you provided in your complaint. Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. ("Interstate") takes consumer complaints very seriously. Recently, Interstate has been receiving reports that telemarketers have been making improper solicitations to consumers and identifying themselves as "National Dealer Services," "Dealer Services," "Internet Auto," or by other similar, generic names. Due to the similarity between these names and our own, when someone attempts to identify the company, for example by Googling "National Dealer Services," Interstate is often mistakenly identified as the source of the calls. In some instances, Interstate has been advised that these telemarketers will go so far as to provide our website information if the authenticity of the call is questioned. These telemarketers are not calling our behalf.

We are sorry to hear about these frustrating solicitations. Interstate has been making a diligent effort to identify the specific entity or entities behind these calls. However, because the callers disguise their true identity by utilizing bogus or spoofed phone numbers, locating and identifying them has proven extremely difficult. Our efforts to identify these telemarketers are ongoing. In addition, Interstate has notified multiple government entities, including the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") and the Attorneys General of all fifty states, about these telemarketing activities. We will continue our efforts to try to identify the companies and marketers behind the calls.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
That is what I thought was happening, because of them calling from many different numbers. I felt you would have more luck than I in having them stopped.

Thanks for your help.

This company continuously calls my wireless number from multiple phone numbers - all numbers starting with my local area code. I have asked repeatedly to remove my phone number from their calling list, only to be hung up on.

Desired Outcome

No further contact by the busi I would like for my contact information to be COMPLETELY removed from their database. I am not interested in any extended vehicle warranty - NOW OR EVER!!!! This is beyond harassment and if not resolved will be reported to the attorney general, phone conversations will begin to be recorded and the FTC contacted to file a lawsuit.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
As frustrating as continuous calls are, I understand that another entity may be the source based on the businesses reply. I will stay vigilant.

I've asked this company several times to remove my name from their call list. They even have an automatic system that tell you if you press the option you will be removed from their list. I've spoken with someone and was assured my name will be removed. I do not even own the auto they are calling me about. I can provide you with how many calls I get from them. Please get them to remove me

Desired Outcome

This company has called me about a car that my husband used to own. The car was traded in about 3 years ago. They have called my number at least 3 times. A local number pops up on my cell phone. I asked them how they knew that I owned the car and from where did they get the information. No good answer followed. When I asked where the company is located they responded with Philly. So I asked why did the call come from a local number? At which point they hung up on me.

During another encounter with this film-flam organization, I told them that we did not own the car and asked that they remove me from their calling list. I even said "please". Again I was rudely hung up on. They keep on calling and I keep on asking them to remove me, but the calls keep coming. I running out of space on my block caller list. Please do something about this.

The corporation uses deceptive practices to call me to sell me products and services. They change the outbound number of their telephone trunk group to make it appear to be reputable calls. Once answered, they do not offer to remove me from their call list.
I have held the line and spoke with a representative on several occasions asking them to remove me from their call list. I have received over 30 calls this month from this service using various spoofed ANI to sell me warranty insurance for a vehicle I don't even have. This is not the first month they have called me.

I get calls daily from the services telling me a warranty is expiring on a Jeep. I have never had a Jeep in my life. They hang up when I tell them not to call even when I indicate I am on the Do not call list. The refuse to give a call back number and just say we will take it off. This has continued for months. I am sick of it

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Stop CALLING ME

Interstate National Dealer Services Response • Jan 16, 2019

I am getting tired of receiving these unwanted phone calls.

Desired Outcome

No further contact by the busi No further contact from this company. A requirement that phone calls from telemarketers should not be cloned to a local number.
