Lying, useless company which cannot even deliver properly. Avoid Intelcom at all costs

Poor, very poor, service, unreliable! Avoid Intelcom!
Waited 4 days for pickup. Nothing! You can't email them. Waiting on phone is a waste of time. Terrible company. Finally contacted Amazon, got a Canada Post mailing label. Intel com does not warrant 1 star.

Intelcom should be shut down
Intelcom has repeatedly 'delivered' my packages to the wrong address. I actually suspect they are keeping the items and reselling them. Contacting their Customer Service department (if they even have one) was futile. I was on hold and then disconnected six times before I gave up. Are they a legit business?

Failed to pickup
I was home all day on October 19 and there was a note on the door that they came for the pickup. Now I scheduled the pickup again for October 21 and on adding the instruction on October 20 for pickup I get a confirmation that they are coming on October 19. My instructions: "Please ring the doorbell, I am at home all day just like on October 19 when the pickup failed." rating should be zero.

the worst experience - minus 100
This company should not be in business! We have tracked and called and left messages, assured that we would be getting our orders. First one was lost and have no idea where it is. It was a one of a kind item! Never to be available again! The current two that are supposedly being delivered (in the next three hours) never show up. Eight times we have called them and the person on the phone assures us it will be updated and delivered the next day. But nothing shows up. They are absolutely lying and have no clue. They are reading a script! Nothing happens. We are still waiting and waiting! We have been ordering through EBAY.CA and it is the worst service ever. Ebay could care less. The seller doesn't care because he/she have their money! We have to contact Intelcom! Please put these people out of business. Shame on you Ebay for hiring them and not standing up for your customers. Oh by the way, there is no way to leave a review for Ebay.ca - how convenient!

Horrible Delivery
Ordered something on Amazon once the 11th of July, wasn’t expecting any insanely fast delivery, since it said the 14th on Amazon anyways…so I expected the 2 business days to be enough considering I have prime. The thing I ordered arrived at the facility for delivery on the 12th, obviously they need to process things before, but I was excited cause it means I could possibly get my package a day early maybe, but none the less the 14th was fine. The package has now been sitting at such facility, unprocessed for 6 days now. Promised delivery 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th all by 8 pm? What horrible hours to give, so I’ve had to sit at home or get someone else at my home to sign off on this package that apparently will never come. It’s now after 8 on the 17th, and I’m promised the package will be here on the 19th or I can get a refund on the 20th? 9 days until I can get a refund on an item I do not want a refund on? Ridiculous. Wasting my time, contemplated emailing them, but considering other reviews and this already horrible service, there is no point. As a customer, I’m not one to be quick to negativity and I understand that not everything will always go smoothly and there can be delays, but as someone who needs to leave my house and cannot always force someone to sit and wait all day for a package I don’t even know exists truly…come on. Stay away if you can!

I wish I could give feedback of negative stars.
Why did Amazon switch from Canada Post to Intelcom? To save a few bucks but piss off their customers? Intelcom never picks up the packages on time, if they pick them up at all. I have tried contacting their customer service during two days. I waited on the line 20 minutes one day and 30 minutes today and never got to speak to anyone. They don't provide an update when they can't pick up a package. The delivery drivers ask that you meet them in front of the house, on the sidewalk, instead of picking up the package at the front door. If anyone ever asks me what I think of this company, I'm going to tell them to use another company's services and stay away from this one. My package has been outside for 3 days and I have no idea if they're going to come get it. Amazon returns are time sensitive. If they don't pick it up in time to get back to Amazon, I'm going to ask Amazon to reimburse me, then maybe they will realize they can't keep using this company.

Pathetic losers
The Amazon does punish their customers who want return the junk they received. No more dropping of the returns at shipping outlets. Intelcom does the picking up. I was waiting all day. After 2 tel. calls and confirmation (around 1 PM) by Email that they are coming in 3 hours no one did show up. It is after 8PM now and still no Intelicom pick up. My day was ruined and I am facing losing another one. To h..l with losers at Intelcome!

Stole my package
Wrote NA. I was home ALL day waiting, a car didn’t even pull up and I have a video doorbell that records and motion. Scam and stolen my package, I will be contacting the RCMP if this is not IMMEDIATELY resolved

The Very Worst
Having spent two days waiting for Intelecom to pick up my package,I give up. I do not understand why Amazon Canada deals with this company. Despite emails sent to me throughout the day regarding the pickup, it NEVER occurred.
Do NOT pick this option when returning an item to Amazon Canada.
Amazon should cease to del with this company!

If you can stay away
Intelcom Courier Canada is an absolute embarrassment when it comes to parcel deliveries. They are very unprofessional and lack knowledge in this field. They contradict themselves and never truly resolve anything. I've had several separate orders placed from Amazon in the past week alone and they all suffer the same fate: wrong delivery location. Luckily Amazon is professional and gave me a refund for all the orders that Intelcom lost. The sad part is that they were all shipped to an Amazon Hub Locker. So it's not an obscure address that is hard to find. I spent over two hours waiting to speak to a representative from Intelcom and he insisted the order was delivered to the Hub, despite the tracking showing a different location on delivery. The representative couldn't be less interested in getting to the bottom of the issue. From now on if I see Intelcom as my only option for shipment I don't bother even placing an order because I know I'll never get it. I've placed a complaint with Amazon and will probably cancel my Prime membership when my subscription is up if I have to deal with Intelcom.

Unreliable and Incompetent

I can't say if a one star can even express how bad this courier outfit is.
Unreliable and incompetent is all I need to say.
Twice now I have ordered through Amazon and Amazon insist on using this courier for my parcels and twice I have not received the goods.
The first time I called Intelcom customer service 4 times and one time the women that I could hardly understand deliberately hung up on me. Only once I had a decent operator that I understood and basically said the same as they all say. Checked my info and tell me I should see my parcel in the next 2 days...BS.
Today my current parcel is nearly 3weeks late and according to their tracking info. my parcel has been sitting in their local warehouse that whole time. It was returned to their warehouse after they claimed issues with delivery and the note says will attempt again. Well i'm a patient person, the parcel is still in their local warehouse and I wonder when they plan on that attempt again to deliver? 2023, next year.
Now I guess I will contact Amazon and cancel my order, wonder how many times Amazon has to eat an order because of these clowns.

Terrible customer service. They lost my delivery. They deliver damaged packages.

TERRIBLE
One delivery arrived and the package was opened and the content was damaged.
My other delivery was due February 7th and today is February 17th. I have called them multiple times and nobody knows what is going on. I havebeen hung up on 3 times.

They just lost my last shipment, they tried to deliver it and the business was closed (personal item shipped to my workplace), so they brought it back to the warehouse and BOOM... My package was magically lost... Tried to talk with the customer support and they are useless (either by phone and online chat) and they just don't *** care... TOTALLY don't care... I asked to talk with a supervisor and guess what... Drum roll... No one called back... What a surprise...

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service.
I have instructed *** to use ANY delivery service but these people.
They don't even TRY to deliver packages, you just get phone calls from unknown numbers and then emails from *** saying that delivery was attempted.
They are by far, the worst courier company I have EVER dealt with.

Claims they attempted delivery, which was incorrect as I was home all day waiting for the package. Then claims the driver couldn't find the address and I provided an incorrect address, which was also false. I've been living here since 2002 and is my only shipping/mailing address. Contacted carrier to request an update, said the driver would call or text me. Driver never reached out. Reported the carrier to *** for *** as well. Carrier refuses to do anything but assure me package will arrive next business day.... Unlikely.

We are sorry to read that your delivery was unsuccessful. Sometimes the way we receive the information from the supplier isn't correctly read by our GPS. If the driver cannot complete the delivery because of missing information, he has to bring the package back to the warehouse so it can be rescanned and correctly geocoded. From the information on file, the customer called our Customer Service team on multiple occasions to have the issue corrected, the matter is now in their hands as our options from this platform are very limited. The package has since been delivered to the customer's house.

I ordered a limited edition Animal Crossing themed nintendo switch console on March 18th via ***. It is very difficult to acquire as stocks are low, it is usually sold out in less than 10 minutes after it has been restocked because a lot of people buy them for resale. I had to try time and time again to get my hands on it, so I was very excited I did.

The item was shipped out by *** to Intelcom on March 27th and was due to be delivered on March 28th. It arrived in my city's facility on March 28th, according to Intelcom's website. I did not receive the item on that day, but I was not too worried. I did not get another update until this morning, March 30th. On Intelcom's website, it is now written that my item was lost; it was never sent out for delivery according to Intelcom's updates.

I tried to talk to an agent from their customer service today, as was instructed on their website. The agent was no help at all and could not give me any more information about my missing package; they just referred me to *** to settle things. I chatted with ***'s customer service, but the only thing they offered me is a refund. However, the item I ordered is sold out everywhere, and the only listings left are by some third-party resellers that are selling it for 900$ CAD, whereas I paid 400$ CAD + tax (which is the original, not discounted price for the nintendo switch Animal Crossing special edition). Therefore, I am not able to get the same item I ordered with the money I paid to get it in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because it is unacceptable; Intelcom did not even try to settle anything or resolve a problem they created. While I did purchase my item from ***, they did their part and actually gave my item to Intelcom for them to deliver it to me, which is their job as a delivering company. My item was lost while in Intelcom's hands, therefore they are the ones responsible for the loss. Also, the item is limited edition and difficult to acquire; I cannot simply buy a new one as it is unavailable on every retailer's website (even in other countries). It is now only available through 3rd parties and scalpers for double the original price of the item, which I refuse to pay when I paid the retail price for it and was able to acquire it before Intelcom lost it. It is unacceptable, as a delivery company, to simply lose valuable items and refuse to replace them.

Intelcomm Express is by far the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I receive packages from *** on regular bases and I cringe when I see that some of them are being "delivered" by this company. I have complained to *** again and again. 6 out of the last 7 shipments they have got wrong or made a mistake. Last time they just delivered it to some random neighbour that was walking down the street and today they said there was a problem with my address and they have said that numerous times but there is not any problem with my address. My house number is clearly marked and easy to find. They lie all the time as well. They say a delivery attempt was made but no were. I have security cameras to prove this fact as well.
Stay away from this company at all costs if you can.

I would give you zero stars if possible, as it is inconceivable to "deliver" a parcel without signature just because you insist on delivering to a company address on non-business days!
