Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: my family stayed in a separate room on the Upper Floor with low and noise levels and disturbances and receive the full refund for both daysI expect Hyatt to treat me the same way it did my family and give me a full refundIf Hyatt refuses to issue a full refund I want explanation why we are being treated differentlyThe same policies should apply to all Hyatt guests, if corporate office would check the call records and the complaint log my room had the highest amount of complaints and noise disturbances and inappropriate actionsAlso if corporate would check with front desk when I checked in I informed them that my fiance has anxiety and requested a quiet roomNot only did the youths approach my fiance and make inappropriate conversationThey also approached my sister in the parking lot making inappropriate commentsI would be expecting a call from corporateIf corporate does not contact me I assume they have given up on this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Based on the guest's concerns we followed up with our hotel to confirm they had evaluated all options for upgradeDue to lack of availability in the qualifying suite category, the member's certificates could not be redeemed in accordance with our terms and conditionsWe advised the guest of this and that any exception is solely based upon the availability and discretion of our property
