My husband and I purchased a new HVAC system from Huft Heating and Air on May 1st, since it has been installed they have come out on May 8th,May 11th, May 25th and May 26th. The technician, *** that came out on May 26th left the house stating he would be talking to the big boss tomorrow at 8am and he would call me after they discussed a solution to getting my new HVAC unit to cool. When I had not heard from them by 9am I called and left a message, by 11am I still had not heard anything and when I called I was told that they were very busy and had not figured out what the solution was to getting my NEW HVAC unit to cool my house and they would call me back after they figured it out. I told them they had since 8am this morning to figure it out and that I had been patient up to this point but felt they were ignoring me as if I would go away. I told them that if I did not hear from them shortly I would be contacting an attorney. It is not 2pm and I have not heard from them.

Glen was a very knowledgeable, no-pressure Huft sales person for a replacement hvac system for our upstairs unit! I really appreciated his experience and expertise!

Had huft heating and air install a new water heater, air conditioner and heating system. Ray and his team did an excellent job and they were very professional. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience getting a quote to replace my HVAC. Alex with Huft was extremely thorough and took time to share all options, and making the right recommendations for my home, size, and my needs. It didn’t feel pushy or that he was trying to sell me more than I need. The quote was very competitive for everything that was included and added on.

I did price comparisons and time availability between five different companies and Huft went in to action the quickest and gave me a comparable price. Others wanted me to get the part and call them back or said they would get back to me in a few days after getting the part. Huft heating and air got the part, came out the same day and within hours of my first inquire had the problem fixed. The repair guy, Shun, was nice and efficient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Huft has been keeping my heating and air conditioning system in top shape for over a decade. They have great service people and do excellent work. They're always on time and we've never had a problem with them. I wouldn't do business with anyone else.

The lady that answers the phone is always very nice and gets somebody to my house very quick and the technician is always very courteous and professional. Absolutely fabulous service. Didn’t try to upscale us and was completely honest about our old system. 19 years old. But understanding about my reuse reduce recycle attitude. If we can maintain with care to keep functioning then no use in replacing whole system. But also not financially in the budget right now. We purchased a home built in 1940.
Matt was go with flow of natural chaos of children and dogs and dinner time and whatever else was going on. We have 5 children 2 years to 24 so there is chaos and 2 don’t live here but are home a lot. (It’s for the home cooked meal) I truly appreciate someone that is understanding to all your family needs and financial needs. It was amazing service all the way around.
