Review: To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email because the products I ordered on December 7, 2013 was never received. (Order number [redacted]). (Keep in mind, the money was deducted from my account as soon as the order was placed). I have called almost every day trying to check status just to be lied to each time. I spoke to "[redacted]" the Supervisor on several ocassions and he lied to me also. [redacted] told me verbatim that my order was shipped on the 17th and assured me it would be delivered by Christmas, he agreed if I didn't get my items by then the refund would be processed. I contacted him on 12/26 and he stated he would forward a print screen of my account to the refund department for processing. Today is January 2, 2014 and I am unable to reach anyone at the company, all the voice mails are full. If someone do pick up the phone, I am placed on hold then sent to voice mail. I have been told everyday since the order was placed numerous excuses as to why I haven't received my products by customer
service reps and [redacted]. (One of the excuses I was told was that a tracking number couldn't be provided because it shipped out of the California office). Now I look at the account status trying to see if my refund was processed (because I am unable to talk to a live person) and conveinently a tracking number appears stating that the hair was "delivered" on the 17th of December. I am so upset. I have called daily, I spent $152.91 on items I never received. I have been scammed! I'm very upset.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a FULL refund $152.91 placed back on the card used for this purchase that was never recieved.

I am rejecting this response because: I have made several attempts to contact "[redacted]" via phone without success. (Voice mail is always full, no one ever picks up, if they do, I'm transferred to a voice mail, and or no one answers the phone). I would like a refund of the entire amount spent by me. This has been going on since December of 2013. I need closure, please process the refund.
