The business claims to have already sent me the return number so that I am able to send back the item for an exchange but this is completely false. I never received the return number via email [redacted].com and the business did not even bother to give me the return number in their response. Furthermore, the business failed to prove that they ever sent my return label.
It has been over a month since I contacted this business regarding my request for an exchange. I will never order from this business again and I will do my best to warn people about their MIA customer service.
For this problem to be resolved I need the return label or number in order to send this item back from an exchange, please.

A full refund of 56.38 was agreed upon. My charge card statement only showed 39.46
refunded. It was short 16.92. I contact House of Beauty again to share the
shortage and was told that I would receive the balance within 4 to 5 days on
June 2, 2014. It is now June 18th
and I have not received the balance.

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received a refund from House of Beauty at all neither have they reached out to me since last year. The last response they sent was in July 2015 when they claimed they made the refund to a [redacted] account. That was untrue because I never made my purchase by [redacted] - I made the purchase from my debit card. Someone should take a look at reviews online about this company. There are hundreds of messages and complaints about the same kind of conduct over the years. I just wished I had looked at the reviews before I made the purchase. Please find a way to stop them from taking advantage of consumers.

Hello, as of April 2, 2015 I ordered twelve packs of hair, & I haven't receive my package, I called 4-17-15. 4-22-15 & 4-21-15, was told no1 knows y the man in charge of shipping didn't ship my products. I should've received it already only takes 4 days to receive. Every time I call no answer or busy signal mailbox full. @ this point a refund is excellent...
