Horizon personnel from the people on speak with on the phone to there service people thay you meet in person are all very polite & knowledgeable. Never had a problem.

Horizon does great work, but you will be paying much more than others for it.

Have used Horizon for many years and have no complaints. Inspections are included if you have the contract and they are very thorough. Have only needed a couple of parts over the years which kept equipment running and the were discounted in the contract. Would not use anyone else.

Since my original plumber retired I have ben using Horizon for all my plumbing needs. I am very satisfied and would only use a company I can trust to do the job right the first time. The Techs are professional and explain everything. I only do business with companies I TRUST

Excellent job replacing the sewer line from inside the basement to the street connection and installing a new laundry tub. They were extremely careful and left the inside and outside clean.

The AC tuneup was very informative with recommendations not just for my AC but he also made sure I understood my options for future repair/replacement.

Our hot water heater went in the middle of the night with us not discovering it until the morning with water shooting out. Horizon quickly arrived and was able to stop the flow of water and replace the heater. They were professional as always and very informative.

Worker was on time respectful and thorough

We had a tune up and found out that the contacts were burned out after purchasing a unit from Horizon 2.3 years ago. Never did I think that there would be something wrong on a 2 year system when my other unit was 15 plus. I found out that the parts were still under warranty however the labor was expired and I was never offered a renewal to the tune of a few hundred dollars in labor costs.
Needless to say I was not happy. The REDEEMING FACTOR in this situation was the technician Rich. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient answering all questions we had concerning the system and its contract.
I give Horizon 5 stars because of technician Rich!

service tech was great. He called and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was a blessing since our sewer line was backing up. He arrived early and unclogged our sewer line .very pleased with both the service and the tech

Horizon techs are great! I've had them come out each year to service my furnace. They're clean, attentive, and explain the process in easy to understand methods. My basement is concrete and unfinished, but they still took time to cover the ground and their shoes to be as clean as possible. Awesome job guys!!
