[redacted] came to our house today to perform a heater tune-up. [redacted] was on time, knowledgable, and very professional. He performed the services we asked to have performed and did it in a timely manner. He also made sure to verify that, as a homeowner, any questiions we had were answered. I appreciate this sort of attention to the customer's needs.

I would definitely use Horizon again and would recommend [redacted] to any of their customers.

After making an appointment to have a technician inspect my gas boiler, I was contacted via cell twice to confirm date and time on the day of the appointment. This was comforting as I didn't have to sit around and wait for 3hrs for someone to show up. The technician arrived in a timely manner and was efficient while performing the routine maintenance. The tech also accepted personal checks.

Tech was polite personable and respectful of my property like normal of a Horizon Tech. Explained the problem and was sympathetic when possible issues were explained and the cost associated with such. Upon removing motor realized a deceased squirrel was stuck in flute which may have been causing problem. Assisted tech, who was scared to touch the dead squirrel, understandably, and removed from flute. During the removal the flute pipe dislodged from the wall and the tech re-cemented the connection to the chimney with what cement he had on supply. Tech was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgable.
