Frank D*** was the technician who came to my home for an annual check up on my heater He is awesome He came on time Frank is very friendly and knowledgeable He explained in detail what he was going to do and then what he did to the heater for the check up Frank has been here for both my heater and a/c units many times I always request him I think he is a great asset to Horizon Services and I hope to deal with him for many years to come Keep up the good work, Frank!

Steve Cfrom Horizon Services arrived promptly as promised by Horizon Services He was polite and was respectfulHe used booties to protect the floors He engaged with small talk and was readily available for questions and concerns He thoroughly checked the inside unit, outside unit and thermostat and summed it all up with suggestions and advice He did not hard sell any product or additional services but let me know of all my options He did a fine, professional job

got the A/C running again, and answered all my questionsI like that he was able to educate me in the areas of maintenance that I should be performing on a regular basis
