I just received maintenance service from Steve Cutler from Horizon Services He was friendly, professional and completely thorough in his evaluation He went over with me his diagnosis and also brought in a second technician to confirm I was thoroughly impressed with his work

I received service today, (8/31/16), on my air conditioning system The technician's name was Steve C The service was excellent Steve arrived on time, was
polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs

Technician came the same day and within the allotted time Was very professional in explaining what he was doing and why We are happy with the service and certainly will again for our plumbing needs

Steve Ccame on time and was quick, neat and professionalMy AC is running well

Pat DFrom Horizon Services did a great job in getting our heater back in service He was very friendly and pleasant informing us what our problem was He is an asset to Horizon Services team of technicians

HVAC Technician James Gfrom Horizon Services came to diagnose and repair our upstairs air conditionerJames was right on time and very professional/courteousHe listened to what our issue was and then proceeded to diagnose and repair the air conditionerHe then showed us what he found and how he had repaired the unitJames G also made us aware this was covered by our Horizon service agreement so no additional charge for todayHe completed and explained the paperwork to me and made sure we had his/Horizon's contact info should anything else be neededWe're extremely pleased with James G's work, expertise and customer serviceWe have and will continue to recommend Horizon (and James G) to our friends and family

Had service agreement in the past but didn't renew last year Had heater issue and received service within hours still Technician couldn't find anything wrong so didn't push me into replacing anything, and cleaned and serviced the equipment to make sure it would be functioning correctly Overall pleased and glad to have heat

José was greatDespite not being able to make a clear diagnosis of the problem, he continued to explore various options He was pleasant, on time and took the time to explain what he was doingI would recommend José and Horizon to anyone who asks!
