Excellent, prompt service!!

Love Honest Air. Have used them since I moved to Venice in 2012. They come any time day or night and always do an excellent job! They also are reasonable and will go the extra mile if necessary.

Excellent communications and service work. Confirmed 2 hour window appointment the day ahead, called when 15 minutes out and showed up on time for preventative maintenance. Elvin was very polite and professional. Did service and made appropriate recommendation for an inexpensive part that can save us money and prolong the life of the compressor. Provided descriptive report of work and billed credit card on-site. Promptly emailed invoice. Very pleased with this company and have used them for the last 3 years.

Good service, professional, pleasant. Technicians don't try to sell you something you don't need.

Looking at previous reviews, the word "professional" supports a common theme. I heartily concur. The office and the technician handled all aspects of the visit in a friendly and thorough manner. I didn't have to think of what was needed or worry that if the work took a little longer, the clock might be running. This is the level of service we should always expect, but is rare and welcome.

Service Techs and Support staff are professional and courteous. No high pressure sales pitches. Our service tech, Kyle, is extremely competent and courteous.
