Honest Air

I have used Honest Air Conditioning of Venice for my a/c needs for many years. They have been efficient and honest in their work with me. The last maintenance technician to service the a/c, Ashley McKinney was the most knowledgeable and informative tech I have ever had for servicing. I have signed up for the twice yearly maintenance contract.

Have used Honest Air since we moved in 3 years ago. They always respond to our calls, and prompt and courteous. Rob found our problem right away. He not only repaired the part but tightened and retapped the connections. He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company .

I was very satisfied with Honest Air Conditioning and particularly with the work, thoroughness, efficiency, and customer concern of Tony H., who helped us make our choices of equipment, and Chris P., Angel R., and Mick K. who worked so hard in the heat and humidity to get the job done right. I was surprised that they finished the job in one day and grateful for their concern for our comfort. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, they made sure we understood how the equipment and controls worked and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation was complete and they were sure we were satisfied.
We were treated very well by everyone we came in contact with at Honest Air.

Had Honest Air here last week doing my tune-up! Kyle did a great job and even though he had to come back the next day for a broken seal, he was courteous and efficient!

Ashley was our technician and did a great job! She was on time and spent a good amount of time checking our system. She explained what was working well and what needed further attention. She was pleasant, thorough and professional. We have only been using Honest Air for a couple of years but the service great service we received from Ashley is the great service we receive every time from Honest Air and their team.

We've used Honest Air since we moved to Venice 8 yrs ago. We've had nothing but a positive experience each time. Techs are very knowledgeable and it means a lot to us that they almost always arrive on time and do a very professional job. We've found that the work ethic here in Florida is not that great but this company goes above and beyond!

Honest Air Conditioning of Venice: I worked over the phone with Scott W. He was great. He contacted me quickly and sent and returned my emails promptly. He answered my questions sincerely and as best as I can tell, very HONESTLY - hence Honest Air :)

We have used this company since moving to Florida about 3 years ago. They arrive timely and do their work efficiently. We take advantage of their maintenance contract option.

Honest Air has had my maintenance contract for several years. They are reliable, fairly priced, and the techs seem to know what they're doing. I've not had a major issue that has been handled by Honest Air, but if I did I would be comfortable calling them and would trust that I'd be treated fairly.

Honest Air is a first class operation! I strongly recommend this company to anyone. I had an issue that could of been very negative and the owner came out and fixed it himself. It is hard to find a good hvac company in this area but Honest Air is the best hvac company in the area. I have been with this company for two years.

My service was completed in a timely manner. The Tech. arrived during the time scheluled. I had several questions which the tech answered and was knowledgeable about my system.

Honest Air replaced both of our aging AC units. Our experience from Tony (sales) to Chris and crew (Mick, Dante & Jake:installation) has been very positive. The job was scheduled quickly after the date of contract and the work was completed in 2 days. The crew showed up on time each day, was very communicative and pleasant to deal with, respectful of us and our property and worked well together as a team. We would, and have, recommend this company without hesitation.

Reliable, comprehensive & efficient service at a fair price!

My husband & I have used Honest Air for 3 yrs. since moving to Florida. This month our A.C unit of unknown age,bit the dust. Sales person Tony walked us through options; we found him to be knowledgeable, no pressure & accommodating.
His team, led by Chris P. were here for about 11hrs.for the installation ,as Tony had informed us they would be. They worked so well together , cleaned up beautifully & walked us through the new operation booklet. All in all - a very pleasurable experience- HONEST !! LOL . couldn't resist !

We have had Honest Air for service and a new furnace install. Kyle recently did our 6 month checkup. Arrived as scheduled, efficient, and courteous Excellent company and technicians.

Rich showed up with two new trainees and they gave my unit a thorough maintenance check. They installed a new capacitor I had bought on-line and Rich found that my drip line had little downward flow which could cause water backup into the house. He totally replaced the PVC line allowing the downward flow of water and stopping the unit from shutting down due to safety fill switch going off. Rich was polite and professional. I renewed for another year.
