Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I reject their wrong conclusion Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11709403, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have saved voice mails stating that they will fix the issues, that this was going to be covered with my point warranty, and the service tech that came out to my house said it was due to improper installHow else would the unit end up too close to my home with an irreparable kink in the line? I have read on google ratings that they offer these payments but no one ever receives themThis is terrible that they continue to go around and around when I have proof saved on my phone that they said more than once, that this would be coveredThey cannot go back on what they told me, which they continuously go back on time and time againNot to mention I have paid 150$ for service calls where no one has fixed anything but all agree that my A/C unit was improperly installedIt is common sense, if it is too close to my home, and if there is a kink in the line which is due to the unit being installed sideways, then how is this not improper install? Regards, Kristin K***
Even though the evaporator coil is still under manufacturer's warranty, there are installation modifications and the evacuation and recovery needed for this warranted item and are not covered under the HSA warranty
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe have requested our independent HVAC company to report to us in writing what is the matter with the three units and then we can return to the Revdex.com what we find Until then, we still consider this matter unresolved Also, I am still receiving late charges for a HVAC that never was called to our home We have discussed this with HSA numerous times, each time the employee saying that have "taken care of it" Yet, I received another bill late last week Regards, [redacted] And [redacted] ***
The second opinion vendor reported no mechanical failure with the unit He could see the touch panel and element and checked the drum Ran tests on the unit and all tested fine and he also replaced the dryer vent The homeowner no longer has a valid contract with HSA and HSA considers this matter closed
HSA spoke with the homeowner this morning and advised that HSA would dispatch another company to make the diagnosis as the first service provider is unable to work on sealed unitsThe homeowner was satisfied with this

wear and tear is when a system fails mechanically on it's ownThe damage could have happened at any point in time, we would not speculate as to when it occurredThe technician out had provided us pictures of the unit and the external damage on itOutside factors other than wear and tear caused the damage on the unit this was evidentNo matter what it was caused by, physical damage to a system is a non-covered failure as specified within the warrantyYou were sent a check for your drywall repair in the end of May, it would have come in an unmarked envelope with a Service Master logo on itWe will research with our accounting department to verify whether the check was cashed and if not we will re-issue you a check for that reimbursement
HSA will call the vendor that the homeowner had come out to the home for further information that is needed and will contact the homeowner once they speak with them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] The company still refuses to address all issues and leaves us with no responceYes they fixed one item after a lengthy wait and several complaints and callsThis is not satisfactoryIf they will not offer any resolve to all the issues presented then we no longer wish to deal with themTo continue to wait for resolve is pointless both on your part and ours Why would you allow them to wait such a long time to respond? Why won't you just assign a negative review on them and issue whatever penalties that follow? Whay must we continue to sit and wait for them to answer blandly one item of several we described? THey offer an incomplete policy and stand behind double talk and delaysLook at the amount of time they took for this last replyCould you imagine us waiting to have our kitchen repaired all this timeTHe mold would have been so bad the home would be condemnedYet here we are still asking for me to fill out a form in less than minutes or the case is closedAs far as I am concerned both HSA Home Warranties and you the Revdex.com are inadequate with the services you provideI have copied the dates and correspondances here and will save them for future referenceShame on the Revdex.com and HSA for taking so long to do your jobsShame on HSA for soliciting money and then not doing what is expected from their advertismentsHome warranties are here to help you with those unexpected repairs like leaky pipe, yet we wont actually repair them unless you do most of the workBB is here to protect the public from shady companies yet all we will actually do is drag the complaint process out until you fail to respond or tire of the constant back and forth games.Thank you for nothing both Revdex.com and HSA Regards, [redacted]
The homeowner was contacted by a supervisor and was reimbursed $ The second check was mailed out on 5/1/
HSA has received the invoice and an associate is contacting the vendor for further information Once HSA receives information, the homeowner will be contacted
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Although I appreciate the apology, it does not fix the entire week that myself and my young child had no heat The local vendor could have ordered the part themselves, and your company said no This undoubtedly would've fixed my furnace sooner than days The entire situation disappoints me for one reason only, you left us in the cold, literallyHSA is supposed to be there for you 24/ That is what the homeowner pays for, not for your customer service agents to make you feel more than alone in such a situationThe least you could do HSA, is to compensate me for the days I had to pay rent for a home WITHOUT heat because of your company, as I previously stated Regards, [redacted]
HSA has replaced the ice maker as the homeowner was not advised correctly about the ice maker having coverage The garage door claim was denied to the failures were that the remotes needed to be reprogrammed This is not covered under the HSA base contract In order the remotes have potential coverage, the star would need be purchased The plumbing was already approved
