Eliezer and Joe were fantastic installers Really went above and beyond! They were great! The rest of my Stoneworks experience was questionable The template was correct, but they tried charging me for sqftof quartz rather than That's a $300+ mistake Seems shady since the template is all in autocad which calculates the sqftat the click of the mouse?? Luckily I caught the "error" and *** *** was gracious and gave me reason to continue with my order The girls scheduling were kind and did a nice job My visit to see my slabs was unprofessional and didn't make me feel valued as a customer Final takeaway: I would never use Stoneworks on my own and would only use them again through *** *** if there was some crazy great deal I'll try *** first next time since they use a much better reviewed installer
