I had problems getting information about the piece of stone being available They said it was on order and they would call when it came in I called a couple of times to see what was the holdup The person I was working with said that she would check with purchasing and call me back She did not have any positive information when she did call back, but would call when the stone came in My wife called after three more weeks and made a fuss The stone was found and they offered to bring it out the next day So much for calling when it came in We waited over weeks for something that was to take less than weeksThe installers were very professional and courteous, so I am happy with them

Will never use or recommend stoneworksltdagainOffice staff unprofessional and installation if you want to call it that is awfulDon't know the cost of having brand new cabinets refinished because of their destructive installationPlease do not use this company

As of mid-July, I started getting bills and phone calls that my account was unpaid and in arrears for the 2nd cash payment made of $By that time, I had already discarded all receipts given - as the service had been completed to my satisfaction and some time had elapsed without incidentI did not think I'd need to save unnecessary paperwork
The business is now saying that they have no record of my second payment and that as per their protocol, there's a long list of checks and balances that would have documented such cash paymentThey're insisting payment when I've already paid in fullThe paperwork I signed, which they likely have on file - says very clearly that their "protocol" is to have FULL payment prior to installation
