They are a very reputable company tp deal with. They were prompt and courteous and did the work when they said they would on time! The estimate was right on and very reasonable. I would use them again for sure and recommend them to my friends.

Claire and Andrew provided professional, timely, and quality service.I appreciated that Hoerner Heating was able to quickly schedule Claire to make an initial visit to ascertain the extend of my tankless water heater issues. Claire provided me with a clear explanations of the various potential issues and made sure I understood what she was explaining to me. She quickly followed-up by sending me a detailed email which listed the issues and provided me with a quote which itemized each of the potential costs. Both Andrew and Claire arrived on time on the day appointment for making the actual repairs. They were very tidy and kept the noise and mess to a minimum. They even ran a carpet from the front door to the basement door to minimized potential dirt from their frequent trips to their van. Andrew let us know that some of the anticipate repairs would not be needed, which saved us a substantial amount of money. I was very happy with all aspects of the service from Hoerner Heating, from my initial phone call to ask questions about their services to, when the job was done, Claire offering me suggestions on how we could further reduce our energy bills with our tankless water heater. I highly recommend using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for complex issues and for simpler issues like clogged sewer mains... they really seem to know their business and care about the customer.

Like most with plumbing issues, I was in sort of a 'rush' to get it resolved. The woman on the call to Hoerner Heating and Plumbing was very nice, helpful and made an appointment for me the same day. *2 other 'places' I tried before them were not very helpful and actually made it seem like I was bothering them. I am also very to say that Martin and Stephen are very professional, and kept me informed the whole time from start to finish. I would and will use them again.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. The service lady arrived during the scheduled time and outlined what was to be done, then proceeded to complete the list.

Excellent service. Arrived at appropriate time, was polite, gave really good advice and made sure I understood all the "connections" that I needed to know for the future. I felt I got service that was above and beyond good. Also, the people that I talked to arranging visit were excellent.

He immediately identified the problem, solved it, and gave us useful advice on ways to tell if water is leaking. Very knowledgeable and equally personable. The charges were quite reasonable.

Hoerner Heating and Plumbing: removed and replaced two large hot water radiators when we re-floored our bedrooms. They did an excellent job and put new valves on. Pleasant, efficient and prompt.
