Thank you to Claire and Andrew for coming out to fix our boiler in such a timely manner. It was greatly appreciated. Also a big thank you to the office staff. Your scheduling and communication skills are by far the best I have ever encountered with any company. It's nice to have a company you can count on. Especially for big ticket items and repairs.

Our problem was a little complicated. Zahir did all that he could initially but that did not solve the problem. He then outlined our options and we have several choices to make going forward. I got the feeling he was really trying to help us resolve our situation in the best and most economical way, not simply the most profitable for him. I look forward, as much as you can with a plumbing issue, to our continued work with him.

We had a small leak associated with the condensate plumbing for a boiler that was installed last summer. When we called and let them know about it they sent a plumber the same day and fixed it with no charge. Very pleasant and efficient plumber.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with the job Hoerner Heating and Plumbing did today in our kitchen. We found them through *** search and were a bit reluctant to just pick someone out of the blue. But we just couldn't be happier with the job well done.*** They are professional.

Excellent work in fixing my cold radiator problem from start to finish. Robyn who did booking was helpful and fully explained what to expect. Have never had anyone ask for photo of furnace /problem area before, to avoid unforeseen circumstances. Very thorough. Claire quickly diagnosed problem, solution and went about fixing it. She readily explained aspects of boiler and valve functions and indicated where service and improvements were warranted without pressuring for immediate authorization. An e-mail estimate was provided the same day with pricing which I consider reasonable . Over the years I have had dealings with other heating/plumbing firms but never as positive as with Hoerner

Came early, were clear on what the charges would be in advance, performed the diagnosis as planned and replaced the part required to get our ***-boiler back on line. Claire was very pleasant and honest about what to expect from the brand and their likelihood of being able to fix the issue.

Fantastic experience with Hoerner's team of John and Jarrid. Lucky to secure a last minute scheduling squeeze-in for an emergency repair, for which I was thrilled. Had multiple other problems solved and/or advised upon in same visit. The team was knowledgeable, patient, quick, efficient and brought in an option for an additional repair, then eventual replacement of a faucet. Polite, clean, impeccable job. Five starts all the way. Kudos to both, and to the entire process working with Hoerner. Highly recommended!

In 2-3 hours the morning after I called, Zahir from Hoerner replaced my shower valve (i.e. not just the cartridge but the whole fixture). Zahir was competent, courteous and friendly as was Robyn who arranged the visit by phone from the office. Easy. Thanks!
