I wanted to share my experience so no one would have to endure the nonsense I had to. I ordered two dresses online, the order took 2 weeks (10 business days) to ship out (not including transit time it took to get the dresses). While waiting I called CS numerous times, waiting no less than 5-7 minutes on hold before reaching a CS rep. I had to call twice to see when my order would be shipping and then once to let them know the tracking I was provided was invalid. When I finally got my order, one dress was perfect, another was ill-fitting so I went to store to return it and they said no-go, I have to spend money on a box to return the dress. Ridiculous, because they had 9 of the same dresses on the rack when I entered the store yet they couldn't perform a return. When I left the store I called CS to let them know how inconvenienced I was throughout the entire process and I let them know I had spent over 1 hour on hold in the past three weeks and I was disgusted, the Manager, Jessica's response, 'I'm sorry you feel that way, theres nothing we can do.' When I responded that I would contact the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs, she casually said go ahead. I am disgusted, and after being an H&M customer for probably 10 years, I will never spend another dollar of my hear-earned money in that store again. And I will be sharing my experience with all those close to me who shop at this store.

Review: "Bait and switch practices" in this store. The store had a big poster on a display wall advertising swimm suits for $12.99 but when I got to the register I was charged $17.95. That is the regular price. I told the sales associate about the big poster sign advertising with a picture the same swim suit that I was purchasing. She called another employee, so I went to show him the sign, to which he said that that that price was for the other swim shorts. So I asked where did the sign explained that. He could not because the sign did not expecified. Next I asked him where were the other swim shorts and he could not find them. I took a picture of the sign and I told him that I would report it to the Revdex.com. He just replied go ahead so that is exactly what I am doing. FineDesired Settlement: Fine the store for misleading advertising practices and give me a refund and a apology.

Review: H&M stores cashiers on a regular basis steal items you buy. They scan items at check out but instead of putting them in a shopping bag they hide them under a work place. This happens at all locations and feels like cashiers specially trained to act in this way. At H&M [redacted] location I had two incidents and one more at H&M [redacted]. H&M cashiers also often do a trick at the time when you trying to exchange an item or return it. Last Saturday I wanted to exchange one item and gave it to the cashier with a receipt in the shopping bag, she hided the receipt again under the table and told me here is no receipt in the bag, so it took me 30 mins until another employee finally helped me uncovered this illegal action. H&M do a very poor business and costumer service at all locations.Desired Settlement: Report this company, to prevent other customers from having this bad experience. Stop H&M doing this in a future.
