I purchased 2 salt lamps. They both came damaged. Wanted a refund, they said only if I returned the damaged lamps. I returned the 2 lamps, requesting my refund in the amount of $99.98. I still haven't received my refund and they won't communicate with me. I would also like to add that I had to pay $32.86 to return the damaged lamps and I will not get reimbursed for that cost.....I am out alot of money.

I placed an order with Crickety Shop June 8; the order was confirmed. The company sent me a shipment message and email June 9, also telling me to message them if I had any questions. I follow ALL shipments after several previous problems; so, when no movement on this shipment in over a week, I messaged them. No answer...I messaged them again- I get a response that my package is indeed in transit and they sent me a copy. I checked a couple days later and no change! I sent them another message- this time, I get a message that it takes 2-4 weeks for these bracelets to ship AND OH BY THE WAY, WE HAVE STOPPED CARRING ONE OF THE BRACELETS YOU ORDERED, PAID FOR, AND WE TOLD YOU HAVE SHIPPED TWICE NOW, would you mind picking another different item? Yes I would - considering the item you are now telling me I have ordered, you accepted, confirmed the order, supposedly shipped this order almost 2 weeks ago AND IS STILL ON YOUR PRODUCT LIST BEING OFFERED FOR SALE is supposedly not available?!
