I ordered my salt lamp on 02/18/2019 and have not received it still. I have called and emailed several times with no luck.
I ordered a Himalayan Salt Lamp on January 5. 2019 and they charged me $34.95 for the lamp. I ask to ship the lame to my Sister, *** and they took my payment right out my account. I have never received my lamp or any money back if them. I sent them an email and they never got back with me as of this moment. They also hasn’t sent my money back either.
I was hoping you and your office could get my money back and if you could warn other people to not order from this company or they will get ripped off for sure!!

I placed Order Number 12164 at this company on January 13, 2019. I have not received my item as of May 1, 2019. I have called multiple times and left at least 3 separate messages. I have emailed three times to inquire as to the status of the item. The status was changed to Shipped after my first email inquiry in February but the item still has not been delivered, and I received no email notification that the item had been shipped nor any tracking number of any kind. I have received no response to any inquiries. All phone calls have been routed to voicemail. I paid $31.47 for an item I have not received from a company I can receive no customer service support from.
On January 25, 2019 I ordered a product online from the Himalayan Salt Company and paid for it via debit card on their website. I immediately received a receipt for purchase via an email. They received their payment, however, after several weeks of not receiving the product for which I paid, I began to leave messages on their posted customer service telephone line and their posted email address for a refund or for the product to be delivered. I was firm yet polite. It has been three months since I placed the order and as of today, I left another phone message and email but to no avail. This email states that they have 2 weeks to rectify the issue or I will take legal action. The Himalayan Salt Company's website states that products may take up to 8 weeks to receive but it has been 13 weeks, and I don't have my product or a refund, not have I never heard back from them either via email or phone. As the order was for around $30 dollars, I think they're scamming people online in those small increments. As this is across state lines I believe this is a Federal Wire Fraud issue that needs to be looked into.
I ordered three *** salt lamps for $124.94 from this company on January 27, it is now April 25th and I still haven’t received them. I have called the company and emailed them several times and no response from them.
I submitted an order for 2 Himalayan Salt Lamps and Replacement bulbs on JANUARY 12. It's April 25th.
This purchase was a total of $76.37
I was charged on my credit card but have yet to receive the actual items.
I have emailed their support team, but the email is invalid.
I have called their support line and left messages, but no response.
I would like to be in contact with SOMEONE there who is a person who can either explain what is going on AND get me a refund.
I placed an order for three salt lamps back in February of 2019. It is almost the end of April.
I understand the orders may take 4-6 weeks, but I have not received the products, nor can I get a reply from the company whether via email or multiple phone messages left asking for order status.
We ordered (and paid $59.99) for a salt lamp from Himalayan Salt Compant on 11/28/18. We have sent 6 emails and left 4 voice mails trying to get our product. And have not received any contact back from company.
I never received the purchased product from Himalayan Salt Co. Upon reading the FAQ, it is understood that the general turnaround time is about a month. I was provided with a confirmation email and a website to visit to check on the status of my order. The order was in processing for about a month before being updated to "Shipment is confirmed". I received no information on how to track that shipment. I opted into shipment updates via email and text. After another month, I have received no information. I sent 3 emails, and 1 did not appear to go through according to an automated response I received telling me the email address was not valid even though I sent emails to that same address before. I called the number provided on the merchant's website four times. I left two voicemails. Again I received no reply even though I provided as much information as I thought was necessary (name, number, order number, date of purchase, items purchased, and issue). Needless to say the full amount of the purchase ($72.22) was withdrawn from my checking account about a week or two after the transaction, so I've been pursuing a solution for over a month now.
I ordered a salt lamp on 12-11-2018 for a Christmas present. On 12-12-2018, I received confirmation of order #***. After a week had gone by, I had not received the item so called their toll free number and left a message, but they did not get back to me. I called again a few days later, but I did not receive a response. The item did not come for Christmas so I purchased something else. when I got my credit card bill, this item was charged on the bill for $34.94 on the day that I ordered it. I called the credit card company to ask that they remove this charge and they did. On 1-4-2019, I got an e-mail from the company telling me they were sending the item. I sent them an e-mail telling them I would not accept the item and asked the Post Office to return the item. When I got my next credit bill, they had charged for the item again. I called the credit card company again and they contacted the company and was told they did not received the item back.
I ordered a salt lamp from the company and they collected my money, but have not sent any emails or responses to my numerous attempts to get shipping information. I have left them at least 3 voice mails and 3 emails, but I have not received a response.

29.95 USD on 2019/02/17. I was informed that the order would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. On the website the order information is that the order has been shipped. I have not received it. I have tried many times to contact the company through emails and phone with no response. I have left numerous messages and none have been responded to. I have never been able to speak with a real person, always a recording.
Placed an order 12/13/19 for a set of 5 salt lamps and 2 replacement bulbs. It was communicated that it would take about 4 weeks for delivery. After that period came and went, still no delivery. I have contacted them several times. They have never gotten back to me. I have an email
from them confirming my order with payment info. But nothing else.
I placed an order for large Himalayan Salt Lamp on 12/18/2018 and my credit card was charged $35.96 at that time. It said it could take 7-8 weeks to ship. I have not received anything as of 3/19/2019. Their website has an “order lookup” option and approximately two weeks ago it said “Shipped”. I have still not received anything from them. I have e-mailed them and gotten no response. I have been called (each time being directed to leave a voicemail) and have again gotten no response. After looking at their Google reviews it appears I am not the only one in this situation. I am so infuriated by this situation. I would love to be able to get a refund. I believe something should be done to put a stop to their website because it is clearly not an actual business. All that this “company” does is take money from people and not produce any products. I have proof of the credit card transaction, e-mail receipt, and an order number.
I ordered a Salt Lamp in January and still haven't received the order. I reached out to the company via email and phone multiple times with no response. I completely regret purchasing through this company and want a full refund.
I ordered the Original Himalayan Salt Lamp Large 5 Pack (Set of 5) ON 2/20/2019. The amount was taken from the credit card the same day. I emailed them on 2/25/2019 asking them to cancel my order. The next day when I checked on the status of my order (online service of their website) I saw that my order was being processed. I called on 2/26 and 2/27 both times I reached a recording that asked me to leave a message and they would get right back to me. I also emailed them on the 2/27 asking them to get back to me. On 3/4; 3/9; and 3/17/19 I called and left messages. On 3/6 I emailed requesting that they respond to me.
On the product page it states that the product I ordered typically ships within 7 business days. It is now 3/19/2019. No response whatsoever from them! No returned calls, no replies to emails, and NO product!
When you go to their website: himalayansaltco.us there are constant pop-ups stating what others have purchased. I even saw my name one time! Yes, I have made a purchase of which I have not received.
At this point I would like a full refund. I can't imagine having an issue with the actual product. Customer service cannot be reached!
Do not order from this company. They will take your money and either send part of your order or not at all. They do not answer the phone or return emails.
I ordered 2 lamps. Received one but not the other(more expensive one).
I can’t get thru to them. I ordered in November. It is now March.
I ordered a set of five salt lamps from this company on 12/23/18 and my credit card was charged for the purchase on that same date. After 2-3 weeks I began calling to inquire as to the status of my order, with no answer. After about 6-8 weeks the website said my order had shipped, yet to date (March 7, 2019) I have not received the order. I have left several phone and e-mail messages for the company trying to resolve this issue and have received no response.
I placed my order on 1/7, their website said limited quantities on the salt lamp I have been looking for. So I placed my order, it said 2-6 weeks for shipping, which I thought was a little weird but I went with it. A month went by and I still had not gotten anything saying that my product shipped. I emailed and called/left a voicemail. No response. I got busy at work so I kept forgetting to email and call again, now it has been 2 months and still nothing. Their website still says that the lamps are limited quantities. I called and emailed again today with no response.
A few days before Christmas 2018, I ordered a *** Incense Burner along with *** Lavender Incense Cones to go with it. The website says delivery takes 2 - 4 weeks, however, it is now late February 2019 and I still haven't received my order. The website has an option to check your order status, and mine has been set to "Shipped" for several weeks now, though nothing has arrived.

In late January, I contacted the company through email asking when my order is going to be delivered, and have not received any response whatsoever. Other customer reviews say the exact same: When they try to email and call customer service, they get no response as well.
When you google the company, you're presented with recent one-star reviews of people complaining about very similar problems: Himalayan Salt Co. lies about their delivery times, scams customers out of their money, and has terrible customer service.
"Every single order is packed with care by our family team. Every email, web inquiry and *** inquiry is responded to within 24 hours. We truly care about giving you the best possible Salt Lamp experience!" This statement alone is a complete lie and the company seems to have been abandoned at this point, even though people feed their money to them every single day with nothing in return.
As of 2/23/19, the website has an ongoing President's day sale, claiming "Free Shipping TODAY ONLY!"
President's Day was last week. Please DO NOT waste your money buying from these guys.
There's no way you can ask for a refund either as the company doesn't respond to emails, calls, or any other inquiry. Total shame as what I ordered was a Christmas gift. Maybe next Christmas though.
