explained to her that she signed the contract when she joined. She asked him what happens if she doesn't pay, he told her that her account would be sent to collections after a few months. She got really mad and was very rude and then stormed out the door. She went home and put a false review on [redacted] she hasn't been to the gym in quite some time how would she know it smells and is dirty... Shes just upset and doesn't want to pay the cancellation fee. As for the gym, we keep a high standard in keeping the facility clean at all times.  Thank you,Pauline L[redacted]

I'm not sure what [redacted] is referring to when she says the manager is never here, I'm here Monday through Friday at least 10 hours a day and regards to phone calls I return them everyday. She was offered to come to the club and sign the paperwork she probably didn't hear because she was screaming at me most of the phone call. The form is still at the gym and its darted 3/**/2016 I filled out the paperwork the day we spoke. I have advised ABC Financial of her payment of $39.98 and have giving them permission to cancel her account as soon as they get paymentThank you!

 I wasn't the rude one the employee was.and reason I haven't been to the gym because of the cleanness and by the owners response...the customer service you receive there. There are extremely unprofessional and do not disclose contract details. It was the employee who was name calling.
