I spoke to Tywana Y N [redacted] on the night in questionShe came into the club and asked about canceling her son Jayden N [redacted] accountOne of our employees told Miss N [redacted] it was a day cancellation and it would cost her $At that point she handed over her credit card and he swiped itAfter it was swiped, she said she didn't have any money in her accountHe told her it would take 3-business days for the funds to go back on to her accountI refunded her the $back to her card and she leftThe next day, I got a call from Miss N [redacted] demanding we pay her overdraft feesI told her I couldn't do that and that I told her she was told it would take 3-business days for the money to go back to her accountShe then said my employee asked her for her card and wasn't supposed to take any money out of itI told her I was there and saw everything and I asked her why she gave him the cardShe didn't know what to sayShe started yelling at me and saying my employee told her it would be refunded immediatelyShe called the club again a few more timesI spoke to her and again and told her I couldn't pay her overdraft feesShe said she was going to cancel her credit card and come into our club for free if we didn't give her money backI told her she wouldn't be allowed in the gym unless she is all up to date with her paymentsI also told her if she cancelled her credit card, after three months she would end up in collectionsShe hung up the phone and I never heard from her againI looked into her and her son's account and they're both in collectionsShe also has another account that went into collections in

Once again this company is fabricating the truthPlease advise I have phone records of each time I contacted this company back in June The manager is careless and returns calls as she feels like I was never offered to come in and sign paperwork by the manager ? nor was I offered to sign paperwork as I came into the gym Correct the manager was not there she is never in The employees do not fully know the rules which are in place and continuously misinform customers .Each time I've reached out I was looking for resolution only to be mid informed ? or spoken with disrespect I can see why this company has this issue with consumers , handfuls ? and hundreds of complaints ? regarding the same matter Please advise who regulates this company polices , proceeds and practice as I would like to know .? In resolution I would like to take care of what's owed As per the manager email I owe 3/ [redacted] & 4/ [redacted] which equals $I was never advised of this amount by ABC or the Gym directly Keep in mind I made my complaint the [redacted] and the reply took days They continue to drag this out As you stated I owe for these two months please advise AbC of this or I will gladly pay the $but with complete assurance I will never be billed again and that this membership is canceled Enough with the games and lies .? ? ? In regards to *** * *** she called our billing company ABC Financial on 03/**/and told them she cancelled her membership June ABC Financial then told her they had no records about her cancelling and then they called me, this was the first I've ever heard about *** ***
I told them we don't have any information about any calls or cancelling of her membership*** then called me at the club and was very rude and just kept screaming at meI told her if she had a receipt I would cancel her out and give her a refundI explained to her in order for her to cancel she would have to come into the club in person so we could give her a receipt or send a certified letterShe insisted she called and was told it would be cancelledI again told her we don't do cancellations over the phone and she just kept screamingI told *** that if she would like to come down to the club I would leave the paperwork ready for her and she would have to sign it and then my employee would give her a receiptI filled out the paperwork left it at the front desk if she came inI never heard anything again until Sunday April *** she came to the club my employee called me I told him that her paperwork was at the front desk to have her sign it and I would cancel her out on Monday when I come inHe said she refused to sign kept yelling at him and walked outThe procedure to cancel Is you have to come to the club if you've completed your year and if you have auto renewal it's a day cancellation we give you a receipt and scan all paperwork under members name, or you can send a certified letter and we can email you a receipt*** * *** stopped payment on her credit card and still owes for 3/**/16, 4/**/16, technically she still would have to still give a day cancellation and we would cancel her out but if she just pays her back payments I will cancel as soon as it's paidIf she doesn't her account will automatically go to collections after months and then she would have to deal with the collection agency

I'm not going to go back and forth about he said she saidThe bottom line is you signed a contract and it's a day cancellation noticeThis Retro is one of the cleanest gym around I have a cleaning company in every night and I have employees clean hours a day.

I'm not sure what *** is referring to when she says the manager is never here, I'm here Monday through Friday at least hours a day and regards to phone calls I return them everydayShe was offered to come to the club and sign the paperwork she probably didn't hear because she was screaming at me most of the phone callThe form is still at the gym and its darted 3/**/I filled out the paperwork the day we spokeI have advised ABC Financial of her payment of $and have giving them permission to cancel her account as soon as they get paymentThank you!

heard from ** *** was on 08/**/asking about cancellation and he was told it was a day cancellation he asked why he was charged for his annual maintenance fee which was on 08/**/it was explained to him everyone gets charged an annual fee every year on August *** or December *** depending on when they joined** *** called again on 08/**/and asked again about the cancellation and again he was told it was a day cancellation notice he would pay the next two months and would have full use of the gym during that timeHe told us he would be coming into the gym and taken care of his cancellationToday on 08/**/he called again and was explained about cancelling again, ** *** was really rude and aggressive, after going back and forth he said he could again come into the gym and cancel or if he would rather he could send a certified letter and we would cancel him out.
