Their response does not address the clause in their Terms and Conditions that I noted in my original complaint:
"10.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase."
They are still denying me the refund to my original form of payment.
If they provide me with a credit, I will have not only re-activate my account, but I would have to order at least 3 meals to utilize the credit, which still means they get to profit off of their suspicious business practices that caused me to receive a meal I could not even eat. The only way this complaint would close is if the business owners provide the credit back on my card, as their policy states that they "usually" do.

The business has not offered a full refund. I expect to receive the $69.00 I paid not some arbitrary number they have concocted. $23 dollars is not expectable.

Hi,I have reviewed your calls to us and I agree you should have been cancelled and refunded. We have issued 2 full box refunds at $69 each that will process in a few business days. I do hope this resolves your concern.
Hellofresh.com removed my credits from my acount $500 worth of credits for getting them business.
Hello Fresh charged me full price - they did not apply the $40 discount as promised. The delivered the wrong food on the wrong day and 2 of the 3 meats in the order were spoiled. The hamburger package opened up and there was blood all over the interior of the box, include the fresh produce. I called and emailed the company numerous time to request resolution to this matter. They did not respond. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. Customer service is nonexistent.
They use very deceptive business practices. I used the service once and then used it a second time with a coupon. However, unknown to me they created a second account under my name when I used the coupon. This resulted in my receiving one double delivery. I immediately cancelled my account as I thought they were just sloppy and made a mistake in sending me (and charging me) for two boxes in one week. However I just received a box from them this week, after cancelling my account and found out that they created two accounts for me because I used the coupon. Of course, after several emails explaining that I cancelled my order in good faith not having a clue about them giving me a second account, I still can't get my money back. Buyer beware, very deceptive business practices!
I have reviewed [redacted] account history that logs the actions completed under her account. Week 45, the week in question for her 11/**/2015 delivery was never paused. Pause means that a customer does not want an order for that selected week. If the week in question was put on pause she...
would have never been charge. Our system automatically charges active account with out a pauses on it. I confirmed and added the screen shot of the logs of the week that she did pause on 10/**/2015, week 45 was not one of them. She paused the following 8 weeks, week 46 - 53.
A refund will be issued this week.

I defiantly paused the week in question, I even double checked on the app when I received an email asking me to choose my meals. At the top of the app it said unpause this week. I assumed that meant it was paused. If I had known this was even a possibility, I would have taken a screen shot as proof, but this had been my first time using the app instead of your website, and I was not made aware that there was any possible glitch with the app, nor did I realize that you would deny any computer mistake so vehemently that I would have to contact the Revdex.com to resolve this problem. That day I went and checked my app, and it no longer showed that week, had 7 weeks paused and gave me the option to pause an 8th week which I did. And your company couldn't even prove at that time, that I hadn't paused. Though I'm sure by now you have gone into the system and changed it. Your system had a glitch. Until you admit it, refund me the money from your unauthorized charge, and apologize for your original poor customer service, I will not accept this issue as resolved.

Again, the first package was a health hazard with leaking poultry and the second delivery should have been cancelled. If a person buys a product and that product does not meet the standard then there is absolutely no way I will ever do business with the company again. This business response does not resolve my complain at all and I will escalate this issue.

Signed up for a trial offer. Tried the mac and cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Raw Onion. Gross. There is no RAW onion or bell pepper in a mac and cheese unless you are mentally disturbed.
Less than 24 hours later, I received an email stating that my next weeks "order" was on the way. I never placed an order. I contact them to tell them I didn't place an order and anything they had coming to me needed to be cancelled as I didn't place an order. They told me too bad and proceeded to charge my credit card.
This service amounts to thieves with your credit card. I'm off to contact my credit card company.
How can they send me an order when I didn't order anything?
DO NOT sign up for any no obligation trial offer unless you like spending your time writing emails and making phone calls to keep this company from taking your money/charging your credit card without permission.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by HelloFresh regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Furthermore, the Company has stopped responding to me and will no longer address the matter. The customer rep stated that an email was sent on 10/**/14 with my delivery dates. Upon review of the email, it stated "Your next delivery date will be on the 01/**/2015" There was no additional correspondence that stated that I would be receiving a delivery on 12/**/14. I have advised them that they were negligent in providing any communication regarding the charge and shipment of the 12/**/14 delivery. Only after I contacted customer service did I receive a notification that my item was shipped (evening of 12/** 5:19pm). I advised them that because no notifications were provided, I would not have been able to cancel the order and not authorize the charged on my credit card. This practice is deceptive to consumers and negligent on their part. They will not own up to the fact that they made a mistake.

I have had a very positive experience with HelloFresh. We began their weekly food delivery service over 16 weeks ago and have had only one minor hiccup which was promptly addressed and corrected beyond my satisfaction. The company's delivery policies are plainly detailed on their website as well as detailed information for pausing and/or canceling service. There is a weekly deadline to submit changes or cancellations. If you make that there are no problems. Every box of food we have received has been fresh and well packaged. My family loves it! I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends.
