My husband used this to get a small loan and instead they never closed it and continued to charge interest. 6 months later still fighting with them. Biggest crooks I've ever seen in my life. Do not ever EVER do business with this group.

For starters, I repeated to the woman over the phone that my loan would be taken out next pay check, it was not, it rolled over. I was never told at any time in the phone call that there would be principal interest charged to my account. So, here I am 4 weeks later with a loan I took out for $100 and they are charging me $198 to take out $100.

Unbelievable. I was never told that. So, my complaint is that they dishonest and do not divulge all the information when giving you the agreement over the phone. I talked to Janae at 1751 pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, she was extremely rude and put me on hold for no reason since she already had my checking information in front of her. I told her I was at work, but she did not care. I want some of my principal back as I am a single mom and they took advantage of me. I had the money in my account to pay off the loan. There is no reason for them to no take out the money on my next payday. I want the extra principal amount they charged me for no reason at all, refunded which would be $46.00. I agreed to $146 but not $192.
