Mr [redacted] we are sorry we are having so much miscommunication the collections agency has removed this collections as you requested , if you feel you are a victim of identity theft we recommend that u file a report. as I said before we are willing to help you should u need us.  i am not sure what you are asking for now since the credit report was removed as you asked. please reply to this response and it will be forwarded to us. thank you for your time . I hope we can resolve this issue as soon as possible . thank you for your continues patience and time .

we have closed account and stopped collections attached is letter the collections letter sent directly to customer

They are not reliable I have been trying to get in contact with them because my debit card was stolen no number no email to consult with agent total rip off

as customer requested, we closed the account as of 10/11/2017 and consider account paid off.

customer spoke to one of our representatives over the phone and agreed to the new payment plan. was this not the same payment plant that she set up with the representative who called her. we may have had a miscommunication . was the resolution not to stop ach payments ans arrange different payment method ?  what is the out come you where expecting so that we may correct this

We have contacted customer and resolved this complaint  she has  agreed to pay off principal amount only $200.00 ,she will make 2 payments of $100.00 each first payment 6/9/17 last payment 6/23/17

this account has been closed out and removed from collections. collections company will be sending a letter directly to customer .

This company is an absolute rip off the should not be legally authorized to do business will the public. They illegally withdraw money out of your account several times even when your loan is paid in full I paid 500$ for a damn two hundred dollar loan .everyone that works for the company is incompetent. This company needs to be shut down, their horrible theives that pretty on hard working ppl.

Problem has not been resolved

Harvest moon loans is a very trust worthy company. I have been with them for 6 months and they have always been understanding and helpful to me. I would recommend this company to anyone needing money help.
