Harbortouch reiterates all of its prior responses The manufacturer themselves have indicated the ECR does not provide EBT capability and will not be offering that option in the future This is not in Harbortouch’s controlThe solution Harbortouch is offering is to utilize a [redacted] as a standalone terminal that is capable of debit/EBT transactions and the receipt prints EBT balances The [redacted] also offers EMV capability for added securityThe [redacted] terminal is not integrated with the ECR but operates as a standalone terminalHarbortouch does not advertise the ECR as integrated with a terminal but functions with a transaction processing terminal Regarding the Independent Sales Organization (ISO), the ISO is an independent contractor and statements made by the ISO cannot be validated Any verbal agreement is superseded by the written signed agreement The contractual agreement(s) between the merchant and Harbortouch are the written Agreements signed and dated as referenced in our prior response The merchant has the choice of two options available Accept the solution proposed with the [redacted] terminal or cancel his merchant account with the applicable ETF charged to his merchant account This is our final proposal and response Legal Group Harbortouch

As stated to the merchant in previous contact, once the debit was initiated there was no way to retractThat is when the merchant was advised to reject the debit on the bank so no money was withdrawnHarbortouch does not nor have they stated the bank is the one that caused the problemAt this time the transaction has already been declined by the bank (per customers request), no money was withdrawn and given to HarbortouchHarbortouch views this account as whole

We are disappointed to hear of [redacted] ’ dissatisfaction with Harbortouch’s products and services Harbortouch values each merchant it serves, realizing that exceptional customer service is just as important as competitive pricing and innovative productsWe take the loss of a customer’s business very seriously and if given the opportunity will do all we can to make the merchant a satisfied Harbortouch customer Based on the content of the complaint there may be some confusion as to the merchant’s contractual relationship with HarbortouchPlease allow me the opportunity to explain Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement On September 25, 2012, [redacted] entered into a Harbortouch Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement (“Processing Agreement”) The Processing Agreement governs the terms and conditions whereby Harbortouch agreed to provide [redacted] ’ business with processing services for credit/debit card transactionsThe Processing Agreement consists of the Merchant Application and the Terms and Conditions, together with its addenda, attachments and schedules A copy of the Merchant Application is attached [redacted] received a copy of the Terms and Conditions prior to signing the Merchant ApplicationHowever, he may also access the Terms and Conditions at www.harbortouch.com/terms The Processing Agreement does have s a minimum three (3) year term However, at the end of the initial term the Processing Agreement automatically renews for additional two (2) year periodsHarbortouch POS System Service Agreement On September 2012, [redacted] also entered into the Harbortouch POS System Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”)The Service Agreement governs the terms and conditions whereby Harbortouch agreed to provide Mr Williams’ business with a free POS systems based on his commitment to enroll in a five (5) year agreement for support service based on a monthly fee and other applicable chargesThe Service Agreement consists of Exhibit A and the Service Agreement’s terms and conditionsA copy of the Service Agreement is attached On August 5, Harbortouch received electronically signed cancellation forms for both the Processing Agreement and Service AgreementAs a result, [redacted] ’ Harbortouch Merchant Account was closed on October 18, Harbortouch has requested the return of the processing and POS equipment from the merchant or further fees will apply Harbortouch is more than willing to work with [redacted] in order to resolve his outstanding balance with HarbortouchWe encourage [redacted] to contact Harbortouch’s Collections Department at [redacted] to discuss the various payment options that may be available to him

Do not do any business with Harbortouch whatsoever!!! I was a Harbortouch customer for a brief moment - returned everything the day I got it & cancelled, but the process they used to sign me up has gotten me into debt with my previous providerI got a call the week of Thanksgiving telling my that my current provider was going out of business & closing that weekend, & I would be withoutI was told that they had bought out that Co., and needed me to file a new application with them to get in the new systemSo I did, & was told my old merchant procaccount had been closedIt was a complete and utter LIE!!! I now have collection letters from my old processor because it was never closed outThankfully I never processed a dime with them, and cancelled as soon as I saw their terms, but the deceptive way they got me to sign up has cost me greatly!! Sad part is, for months I've been calling & asking what the deal was with still being charged from my previous processor, & they said "just send us a copy, & we'll take care of it" and I never hear backSo finally today I catch someone on the phone that wasn't part of the scam, who told me that Harbortouch never bought out my previous companyThese people are a cancer for the small business community!!! Stay the hell away!!!

I can't believe this company has an A+ rating - that tells me much about the relative value of the Revdex.comWe have a Harbortouch POS system that is fraught with software issuesWe made several attempts to resolve the issues with customer service only to finally give up out of shear frustrationThey talk about service but DID NOT deliver the assistance requested, I would strongly suggest using another company and the Revdex.com to seriously consider their ratingwhen two thirds of the customers review are negative how can they have such a high rating?

DONT DO BUSINESS WITHNothing but hidden fees, confusing credit card transfers, if you have a problem you can be on hold for an hour before its fixed so your customers will be madTransactions disappearCant understand customer service and all they do is transfer you aroundBEWARE!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I completely disagree with statement that Harbortouch is not in breech of contract If you cannot or will not make your product work within a reasonable amount of time, you are in breech of contract They state that the problems with the system were "minor" This is untrue THe system had a whole bevy of problems that were not resolved when the installer left Unfortunately, when I asked the installer to help with the problems, I was told (with a laugh on his part), that he had "never installed this kind of system before, and could not answer my questions" Following is a list of problems that already existed with the Harbortouch system when the installer left the store the system's mouse did not work 2.the system's credit card swipe did not work, causing us to lose sales that morning while we couldn't process credit cards many items in store did not register when scanned (i.ethe scanner would accept the sku but would not upload the info System would not allow us to input and save sku's that were missing Often, when an item would scan, incorrect information popped up (i.ethe sku matches the scan but the price and product information was wrong) It was obviously programmed very, very poorly, and never quality checked before it was shipped to us Despite previous promises that we'd be able to use the system the day it was installed, the system was basically unusable when the installer left Harbortouch made many elaborate offers of wanting to help, and wanting to fix the system, but they never actually came through Each time we called, it was hold for 15-minutes, finally talk to someone only to be told that it was someone else we needed to talk to, and then passed on to a different customer service representative This happened multiple, multiple times At one point, the store's manager was instructed by a customer service rep to email a list of problems with the system, and told that a rep would call him to go over the problems, point by point, the next morning THe manager sent the email, then came in early to take this phone call before the store opened, so that he would not be disturbed by customers while he was trying to talk to the rep The rep never even called that day! The rep did finally call back the following day, and the manager was unable to take the call because we had so many customers at that time When the manager tried to call back again later, he was on hold so long (min), that he had to hang up No one at Harbortouch seems to be able to actually solve a problem They make empty promises repeatedly My experience with this system, and my unfortunate dealings with Harbortouch's customer service reps have caused me to completely lose faith in this system Their system does not work, and their customer service does not work Since I cannot use the system, I do not feel that I should have to pay the Early Termination fee I would like to return the system as soon as possible However, the last time I called customer service, on Monday June 23, I was told that "there is no point in sending back the system, because you signed a contract, and you will be paying for it one way or another" I asked to talk to someone who could discuss matters further, and was told that that person did not exist To my mind, it was just another example of the company's poor customer service Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In the brochure on page it clearly states that you can create an online menu for online ordering, and you can update the POS system remotely via the lighthouse featureEvery time I have called to inquire about this, I am told it is only for the [redacted] model, and that the [redacted] model will receive it "in a couple of years" --- this was even told to me by Alex V [redacted] after the system was receivedThe brochure CLEARLY states on the very first page it is for the [redacted] system, nothing is mentioned about the [redacted] systemI have attached photosThe first photo shows the [redacted] model on the brochureThe second picture shows page 7, showing clearly that online ordering is a featureI have been lied to about this system, it clearly does not do what it says it will do on the brochureI have contacted your "resolution specialists" multiple times and left multiple voicemail with no responseI will not pay any early termination fees for this system because it is completely different than what the brochure says, but I will eat the shipping cost to return it to harbortouch Regards, [redacted]

On January 29, the merchant entered into a Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement (“Processing Agreement”)The Processing Agreement governs the terms and conditions whereby MSI now Harbortouch agreed to provide the merchant’s business with processing services for credit/debit card transactionsThe Processing Agreement consists of the Merchant Application and the Terms and Conditions, together with its addenda, attachments and schedules A copy of the Merchant Application is enclosedThe merchant received a copy of the Terms and Conditions prior to signing the Merchant ApplicationHowever, you may also access the Terms and Conditions at [redacted] We believe all fees and charges are valid in accordance to the Processing Agreement inclusive of the Terms and Conditions however after a detailed review of the merchant’s account Harbortouch recognizes the merchant has been a valued customer since January Harbortouch is waiving all fees in collection totaling $ The merchant account was closed in our database on March 27, The merchant has no further obligations to Harbortouch Harbortouch Legal Group

At this point this complaint is strictly based off of hearsay and the documentation has been provided to the Revdex.com to confirm the ownership of the accountThe customer is demanding proof of the verification call in which we have notes onAgain in an attempt to claim hearsayAt this point the resolution has been provided, Harbortouch agreed to refund the money which has been doneThe last remaining element that needs to be done has been outlined in previous replies and the customer refuses to obligeThe merchant will be billed in the coming days and Harbortouch will not refund as the directions have been clearly outlinedI strongly suggest the merchant cooperate and fulfil his own request to cancel the account Harbortouch asks the Revdex.com to please review the previously provided documentation and provide to the customer the acknowledgment of validity, including the picture of the drivers license of the customer and the signatures of the contract
