One year ago I had Iceberg One Hour install a furnace and water tank when I had purchased a home This house is a cement slab home with porclein heating duct run There had been an awful odor coming out of the duct run, and after talking with some neighborhood people the duct work was no good I was recently diagnoised with Hyperosmia (acute heightened sense of smell) which I can smell molds, fungus and mildew which was causing my sinuses to flare up with a skin condition I called One Hour and due to the furnace that I had bought was one that would not blow upward to have duct run put into the attic The company discounted me for a furnace that blows upward and had did a very great job of putting the air duct up in the attic Once again great service, and I now can breather well again To let you know, the old duct run was filled in with cement

Great team of professionals at Iceberg's One Hour Heating & Air ConditioningStarted with [redacted] *whom we called to request a furnace check out, [redacted] was very nice, couteous and professional; answered any questions we had over the phone and let us know when technician would be arriving [redacted] *came out to perform the furnace check out and tune upThe furnace did have issues and [redacted] *took the time to explain what they were, answer any questions and because they were significant enough clearly explained what the options were [redacted] called supervisor [redacted] *to come out to help us through the options and answered any questions we hadThe best solution turned up to be a new furnace and [redacted] *made sure the new furnace would be properly sized for the home [redacted] was professional, very helpful and explain what the next steps would bedays later [redacted] Earrived to install our new furnace and [redacted] was friendly, courteous, explained details on the new furnace and answered any questions we hadJust have to say that was a great experience and super team!

I just had my first checkup after joining Iceberg's service clubWhat a wonderful experience! They called before arriving (right on time too) The service man, [redacted] was so professional and polite I can't ever remember having a better service call He checked my furnace, cleaned it, changed my filter and batteries in my thermostat He drained and checked my hot water heater too What a deal ! I didn't owe any money I feel so good about joining the service club It is really worth itI recommend Iceberg One Hour to everyone They know how to treat their customers,

My husband went to this business it will be weeks ago this coming saturdayOur order was $and he gave the drive thru $She flded up the reciept and gave him He went to the 2nd window and notice she did not give her the $ He was told to pull forward and they would count the drawerminutes later my husband goes in to find out what is going on and they said the drawer was correctThe manager gave him a number to callMy husband ppulled out his wallet and said do you see $9.00? I called the number and got a call back from Eric and was told to speak to RyanRyan refuses to return my callsIve spoken to managers over and a half weeks to no availI call daily for the past and a half weeksCorporate will not call me back and as of yesterday I was told it is out of the stores hands and they cant do anything without a recieptI HAVE THE RECIEPT I am not trying to scam them out of $but if I didnt pay for my food and left that is theft and tgey wo

We had four heating and cooling companies give us quotes for a new furnace, install AC and rework ducts, they all came in about the same for cost but only Iceberg seemed to really want to do the work They met with us when they said they would and went to work quickly They kept up good communication with us and all of their staff was very polite *** ** and *** did an awesome job with the duct work and checked everything thoroughly when they were done They explained how to use our new system and answered all of our questions *** came out and designed the duct work layout and it works great! Thanks guys for getting our heat up and running before it got too cold out!

The staff is very helpful and friendlyThey won't recommend any unnecessary work eitherI've been with them for the last years and I feel that I am in good hands with them

I had a negative experience with this company whereby they were spamming me with mail
I went to their store once (and have never been back there since) about a year agoWhile I was there they insisted that I fill out my information such as name, phone number & addressAfter I did they started sending me catalogs in the mail that of course I never asked forI called them and asked to be removed from the mailing listAbout months later I received another catalog, I called them yet again and asked to be removed from their mailing listThis repeated about times over a period of a few monthsI then moved to a new apartmentSurprisingly, I continued to receive their catalog in the mail even though I never gave them my new address and even after requesting several times to be removed from their mailing listOn top of that, the catalog was not forwarded from my old address but had my new address on it, of which I never gave them my address
I then called their headquarters to complain and to find out how they got my new address which I feel is personal information of which they should not have access to without my consentFirst off, I called several times before getting some kind of resolutionSecond, I had to wait for over minutes before someone picked up the phoneThird, the last time I called the person on the other end was not very professional, expressing a sense of displeasure assisting meFourth, they could not tell me how they got my new address and advised me to fill out a form on their website to be removed from their mailing listHe also was unable to get me someone to talk to for further assistance
In summary, they spam their customers with unwanted mail and are able to get your personal information without your consentI would advice that if you go to their stores and they insist that you fill out their forms then you should not put your real info on the forms

Outstanding service with very skilled professionalsI couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of my recent install of an air conditioning and furnace unitThese folks are top notch and I would highly recommend them

My issue is with the them and not my insurance company. Therefor there is no reason to fill this our for the Revdex.com. They made an error on the preauthorization coding. This is not an issuance issue and they continue to just say the same thing. I want them to zero out my account for the mistake and I will clear the complaint and any online reviews.
