I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] I I am rejecting this offer due to the hundreds of thousands of dollars lost because my 501c3 was taken. The reinstatement fee and the $850 which was supposed to be refunded four months ago is not sufficient for what I have lost and all of the money I had to borrow to be able to keep my doors open and 57 veterans from becoming homeless. Due to H&R Block's mistakes I was denied all donations I was unable to do any fundraising for 6 months and my reputation from many many clients that see I did not file taxes for 3 years that is on the IRS website. I am due compensation for the six months that I have had to borrow money so I am refusing to close this case.Thank thank you so much if you have any questions please feel free to call.[redacted]. ###-###-####

Dear Revdex.com, In resolution to this matter, we regret any confusion or misunderstanding Mrs. [redacted] may have experienced. Our records reflect that Mrs. [redacted] selected an H&R Block do-it-yourself (“DIY”) tax preparation product to prepare her own 2016 return and chose our Refund...
Transfer (“RT”) product. After completing the self-prepared return, our clients are given the option to pay for their tax prep by either credit or debit card. For those clients who wish to pay through their tax refund, we offer our RT product for an additional fee. By electing this convenient payment option, our client’s pay nothing out of pocket. As a client service gesture, we are reimbursing Mrs. [redacted] for the product fee and ask that she allow 3 to 5 days for processing as the refund will be refunded back to the credit card we currently have on file. We assure you that we take the concerns of our clients seriously and make every effort to resolve matters thoroughly and fairly. Sincerely, [redacted] Associate Business Analyst H&R Block

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] I am rejecting the co. response, it is totally not fair to me as a customer, for years to be treated in this regards, I submitted the correct paper work, they are not owing up to their mistake, especially when they say that I did not, purchase piece of mine, because I specifically asked Ms. Debbie Fox for it, also the paper work for ms. [redacted]s Social Security papers, that she pushed away, and said she not need them! I told her yes she did, I do taxes also and I do know what you need, this is their fault and they should be held responsible!! They also have not reached out to us in any kind of way, we have paid the IRS all that money, and they have sent us papers that we TOTALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND?????
Dear Revdex.com,In response to Ms. [redacted]s rebuttal, we regret that she appears to be dissatisfied with the resolve to this matter. Our records reflect that tax preparation fees have been refunded to which she agreed was an acceptable resolution during several conversations with our district office. Please also be advised that we attempted to address additional concerns relating to Ms. [redacted]s tax return however she insist to address matters on her own. H&R Block prepares millions of tax returns each year, and if we do make an error, we are committed to making the situation right. Additionally, our guarantee states that if we make an error on a return, we’ll pay resulting Penalties and Interest (P&I). As it relates to this case, if P&I was accessed as a direct result of an error made by our preparation, we are committed to reviewing the tax return, amending it if necessary and reimbursing P&I. Should Ms. [redacted] remain interested in moving forward, we ask that she contact the district office with the notice referencing the error and assessment of P&I as soon possible. Otherwise, we must consider this matter resolved. Sincerely, [redacted]Associate Business AnalystH&R Block

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:H&R Block is lying and making up excuses for their unprofessional work. My account was never frozen, I contacted my bank and they said they have no record if anyone trying to deposit money into my account, beside my employer. H&R Block deliberately tried to hold my funds and it was only when I opened this complaint with the Revdex.com did they send me a check. I do not pay nor do I rewarded people or a business for poor work, as well as the countless disrespect that I received from H&R Block. I have informed [redacted] that H&R Block will never see me as their customer again. Since [redacted] and H&R block are unwilling to make amends to this then I will have no other option to start arbitration. Thank you in behalf of Revdex.com for doing an outstanding job on getting me my money, and shame on H&R Block for treating its customers like this.
Regards,

Dear Revdex.com, In response to this matter, our investigation reflects that Ms. [redacted]’s complaint is against a franchise office which has the responsibility to resolve this matter directly with your office and directly with our client. According to franchisee [redacted], an...
addressed envelope is provided to the client when the situation warrants a paper or amended tax return to be mailed to the taxing authority as it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the documents are forwarded. As for the reduced refund, it is the franchisee’s belief that if there had been any adjustments made to Ms. [redacted]’s federal tax refund then she, the tax payer should have received a letter of explanation from the IRS as this information is not provided to the office. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to return to her local H&R Block office if such notices have been received and if necessary H&R Block will reach out to the IRS on her behalf provided that she signs a Power of Attorney or she may simply contact the IRS directly. We assure you that we take the concerns of our clients seriously and make every effort to resolve matters thoroughly and fairly. However, if you should need anything further or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, [redacted] Associate Business Analyst H&R Block
Dear Revdex.com,In response to Mr. [redacted]'s rebuttal, we have determined that there may have been a communication issue in detailing what was causing the pricing increases across multiple visits to the office however, we have found that the final price is in line with the forms that were filed for Mr. [redacted] according to the tax needs. We have ensured that the pricing was accurate in this case. As stated in our prior response to your office dated 3/2/15, the District Manager did offer a gift certificate to Mr. [redacted] for a discount on a future return for the misunderstanding however Mr. [redacted] has respectfully declined that offer. In light of H&R Block's above-referenced good-faith actions to resolve this matter, we respectfully request that this case be closed admistratively judged resolved, as we do not believe that any further response on our part would be beneficial.Sincerely,[redacted]Associate Business AnalystH&R Block
