If you have a business, if there is good intentions with the costumer, you have to respond to the emails and phone calls, none of them were answered. Cannot get any info. Or response from this company in any way. My order was processed and that was the last time heard from them. My tracking order will not respond at all. They will not answer their phone either. They suck !!!

I am rejecting this response because:It has been a year as of last month (June) when I ordered the item.  When Revdex.com informed me they could not contact you, I assumed you guys simply disappeared after screwing me, so I no longer have the order number....but I'm sure that Revdex.com has it as they asked me for it and dutifully informed your company of it along with this complaint way back when. Revdex.com has all the information about me in allowing you to resolve this issue through them, so please ask them as I want them to know of all the correspondence between us.
