Review: on april **, 2013 I purchase a luxury gucci belt inside the gucci [redacted] location [redacted].
on july **, 2014 I sent the belt to gucci repair ticket number [redacted]; for seam repair which was not due to wear and tear. late september 2014 I receive; belt in the mail stating the repair was not able to be done.
after that I contacted the gucci [redacted]s location for advise on how to exchange or have my belt repaired. the belt was like new.
On october *, 2014 I visited the [redacted] location and I was greeted by a sales associate after specking to him handing over the belt receipt and original documents / proof of purchase; and I was directed to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], [redacted] who then attempted to address the situation.
Once [redacted] and [redacted] stated they was unable to help me, stating" they will not be exchanging the belt because [redacted]s don't implement there store policy and [redacted]s and Gucci is two different departments....that they had no knowledge of such " , I ask to speck with someone that can or a higher authority who can assist me which they refuse to call the [redacted] ([redacted]/ [redacted]).
[redacted] and [redacted] , began to question why am I returning a worn belt after one year; and accusing the belt of wear and tear, I ask them not to integrate me explaining I have sent the belt to Gucci for repair and that Gucci offer a lifetime warranty on all leather goods. Both associates denied every hearing of such declining Gucci would make such commitment .
Maybe because I was in a athletic wear and my hair was rough these two associates of Gucci decided to integrate and insult me as if I spoke with a false tongue. [redacted] left with my , original sales receipt and repair ticket to make copies. As I remained respectfully the insults did not stop there, [redacted] returns with his cellular phone camera to take pictures of the belt as [redacted] co-sign she has never heard of Gucci exchanging a worn item .
Silence as customers steer and [redacted] flash away......horrible , humiliating , disrespectful unacceptable behavior from Gucci finest leaders.
As the disgust of my presents showed I only ask for their names before exiting the store.
I reach out to you speechless again. incredible hurt .Desired Settlement: all im asking is for a replacement of my gucci classic belt.

Review: My problem is that I wanted to get scuffs removed and polished from my vintage Gucci leather handbag and Gucci took possession of the handbag, charged me for services and then never returned the item to me despite multiple attempts to get it back. I took the bag into the store on March [redacted], 2014 and it was sent in for estimate. I was contacted by Gucci about the estimate and told to make payments in order for the repair to take place. I made the payment on March [redacted], 2014 of $176.38 and was told that it should be completed in 6 to 8 weeks. In May I received a call from Gucci that requested that I make payment on the estimate so the repair could take place. At that time I informed them that I had already made the payment and I could provide them a receipt as proof of payment and wanted to know when I could come in to pick up my repaired handbag. I called multiple time around approximately May [redacted] and even went into the store to get answers and I was told that Gucci would contact me when the repair was made and the item could be picked up. More time passed and I didn't hear anything so I went into the store again on June [redacted] and spoke with a [redacted], [redacted], that oversaw repairs and customer service. [redacted] looked into the matter and said that he would refund half of the repair fee and have the handbag shipped directly to me and that he would email me about this in the early part of July. [redacted] emailed on July [redacted] and I responded on July [redacted] with an address to where it could be sent and I never received the handbag or received a reply. I called multiple times afterwards and sent another email to follow up and I haven't received a response. Gucci should have contacted me when the repair was complete why never took place. Besides not being contacted I don't have a priceless vintage handbag that I trusted Gucci with and they took payment of $176.38 and has yet to render services. It states that merchandise left of 120 days Gucci is no longer responsible for but it is clear that I attempted to retrieve this item multiple time prior to the 120 days and therefore I believe the claim of a lack of responsibility is void. Gucci never contacted me about picking up my repair or returned the item and it is disappointing that a store [redacted] made offers to resolve the issue and nothing came of it. Please help me get my handbag back and a refund of some sort because there is no reason why the service should not have been completed within six plus months time.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is the completed repair and return the item, a priceless vintage handbag. I would appreciate an apology and explanation considering I have made multiple attempts in various forms to get answers about the repair service and tired to retrieve my leather handbag. Note that Gucci accepted payment on March **, 2014 and has yet to render services even though I have followed up over a half a dozen times in person, on the phone and email.
Review: I ordered a belt on 11/**/15 and had not received it as of 12/*/15. I attempted to track my package however no delivery date or option was available. At this time I called the [redacted] number for Gucci online orders at which time I waited on hold for *0 mins before a "supervisor" by the name of Mark answered and upon me explaining the problem I had asked me if I had contacted [redacted] which as a consumer I was unaware was my responsibility. After 15 mins he returned to the line and said that [redacted] informed him my package was lost so I requested a new one belt be shipped or my money returned at which time he said I would need to wait *-5 business days before anyone could help me and I would have to speak to a representative from [redacted]. I then attempted to contact the corporate office at which time the receptionist that answers the phone was even less helpful and just further insured I would never purchase through a "luxury" designer such as Gucci again. I would like a full refund for my purchase as I never received any merchandise nor do I have any expectation of receiving the packageDesired Settlement: It is my hope I receive a full refund or my merchandise as well as an apology for poor customer service.

Review: I purchased a crocodile brief case, I was told and lead to believe that it was genuine crocodile, I paid over $1,500.00 for this item,3 1/2 years ago, when I went to sell this item, and had it appraised, I was told it was not genuine crocodile, that it was something called Crocco which I am told is like pleather, not real crocodile.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back, when you pay that much money for a brief case and are told that it is genuine crocodile, and you pay for crocodile, this is what you want. Not something that looks like crocodile.

Review: I purchased a Gucci belt and Sunglasses from the Gucci store in Shirt Hills mall located in New Jersey. I specifically asked if the belt would not stretch or fall apart and was assured that it wouldn't by the sales associate. Sure enough the belt holes started to stretch and the material has been flaking off and falling apart. For around 300 dollars for a single belt, it is unacceptable that this happened, especially when a 20 dollar belt made by a different company looks brand new after 7 years. I have tried to call the headquarters, customer service, and repair/replacement phone numbers but have been treated with nothing but rudeness which makes me feel that they could care less. I have emailed the repair department several times on January 6th and 7th with an explanation of the problem pictures of the belt, even though in my opinion it is beyond repair, with no response at all. The sunglasses must be sent to a totally different company for repair along with a 15 dollar money order, which I find insulting. I'm not worried about the sunglasses as it is only a screw that fell out and I can most likely repair them myself. I do want my belt repaired, replaced, or my money refunded though. It is pretty disturbing that a company as large as Gucci utilizes business practices like this and could care less about it's reputation, products, and customers even though they charge a lot of money for their products. Spending thousands of dollars over a span of 17 years apparently means little to them as well. I have original receipt and several pictures that I can email if needed.Desired Settlement: I want the belt repaired, replaced, or my hard earned money replaced. I would also like a response and an apology, but I will obviously not get either which led me to file this complaint.
Review: I had sent back two items a Gucci Purse and a Gucci Wallet on the 27th of November 2014, on the 2nd of December 2014 the items were received from GUCCI. I then got an email on the 3rd of December 2014 for a partial return that was $875.00 dollars for the purse that I had sent back. So I then called on the 3rd of December 2014 and asked about the Wallet that I had also sent back in the same box with both reciepts in the box, item number #[redacted] The lady had said because they were two different orders that it could take up to a week to get my refund for the wallet. So I waited and called back, this time the customer service rep. kept telling me that they would have to ask the warehouse about this issue. Well I kept calling and calling until a lady called me on the 3rd of January 2015 a month after they received my package from UPS which stated what was in the box and was signed off for pick-up; that the wallet was not in the box. So I told them to start an investigation and to find my wallet that I had returned. I still have not heard from them and I also started an investigation with UPS on the matter to. Why wait a whole month to tell me that the wallet wasn't in the box. I know for a fact that it was in the box because I put them it in the box with the purse.Desired Settlement: I want the $420.00 dollars back that I had spent on the wallet.
