I applied for a brand new homeowners loan in Jauary of 2015 [redacted] was my lender. He pre approved me for a brand new home knowing I had like 4 late payments on accounts last year stating it would be no issue... To get to the point my loan process was disgusting. From [redacted] never keeping me posted, to [redacted] refusing to return my calls. My loan was denied and due to a mistake from my apartment manager checking the incorrect box on a tenant verification letter. We clarified this situation and tried again to find the underwriter now has issues with my late payments that I was told would not be an issue... It became clear this was a personal problem. Did I mention [redacted] delivered my bad news via text to me? My apartment complexes manager called stating [redacted] was rude to her and hung up. My broker, realtor and I are absolutely dumb founded I had great credit I followed threw with all documents and had over 4k for my down payment and now I have to kiss my brand new home down the drain due to a lack of customer service, communication and respect. I highly warn avoid this company like the plague.

I would highly recommend GSF Mortgage. [redacted] were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were always available whenever we called and made our refinancing process a pleasant one. Plus they had the best rates in the market!
