We had a bad email for the customer. We have re-registered the customer and he should receive his 50 certificate.  We will follow up with him in 15 days to make sure he received it.

repairs were done on this vehicle 1st visit to the store (approximately $1,400 was for motor mounts).   Her visit started on 5-6-2015 and was completed on 5-20-2015 with 111,043 miles.  Ms. [redacted]'s next visit was 12-19-2016 with 128,465 miles on her vehicle. It was determined that 2 of the motor mounts needed to be replaced again. There are four motor mounts on her vehicle.  Manufacturer warranty on the parts that were replaced in 2015 was for maximum of 12 months or 12,000 miles.  Ms. [redacted]'s mileage exceeded the warranty for mileage and also exceeded the time limit for the warranty from Nissan Motor Corporation. If Ms. [redacted] has more questions or concerns about the repairs, she may contact [redacted], Nissan Service Director.  [redacted].

The customer name is Doyle Arnold for this address and phone number.  We did receive the request for cancelation on GAP and the Maintenance and Warranty for on November 19th and they were processed.  the Warranty was refunded by the warranty company and sent to the customer directly. ...

The Maintenance was refunded on our monthly statement that we received around the 18th of the month.  It took a little time to process the statement and the check was cut on the 29th of December.  Normal turn around for cancelations are 4-6 weeks.  Mr. Arnold cashed the gap check on the December 22nd and the maintenance check on December 29th both have cleared our bank. Normal turn around for cancelations are 4-6 weeks which these were completed close to this time frame.  Mr. [redacted] was new to the cancelation process and should have noted on the paper work that Mr. Arnold wanted to be called when the checks were ready.  He should have also explained that refund will come from different insurance companies and they can come at different times during the 4-6 week time frame.  This might have helped the customer understand that all the refunds would not arrive at the same time.
