It is NOT as pictured right down to the color of the fabric and stitching!
The picture had clear diagonal stitching and what I received is white squiggly stitching and the fabric is so dark you can't read it in some squares! They also lie about their address and location. The items come from China and there is no response to customer support other than to contact the shipper which is a China number!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM GROVE BLANKETS!!
I also ordered a blanket that is being offered on other web sites. At the time I ordered it it stated that it would arrive before Christmas. Now they tell me it won't. What kind of company is this???? It's Christmas..... you tell your grandson it's in the mail on Christmas morning.
got wrong blanket paid for a bon jovi blanket as a gift for christmas and got kings of leon, cannot figure this one out, when your company is all about a custom product then send just whatever they felt like, I immediately emailed because no phone number is provided, was told by an automated reply someone would be notifying me shortly, 4 hours later no reply, so much for christmas gift. never purchase items online with no phone numbers.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a fleece blanket that is being sold at various other websites for the same price. I ordered the blanket from Grove Blankets because is was a few dollars less. The Grove Blanket website states products would be mailed in 4-5 business days after the order was received. After ordering I didn't receive a delivery estimation date so I emailed the company to ask when the blanket would be delivered. I was informed the blanket wouldn't be shipped for at least a month because it is a custom made quilt. This item is not a quilt. It is a fleece blanket. And it isn't that custom because it is being sold at 5 other websites that I've counted so far. Within a few hours of placing my order I asked that it be cancelled and money refunded. I explained that the website was misleading and I was under the impression I'd receive the item in a few weeks. They emailed me back asking that I pay $20 additional to put a rush on the order. I responded again with the request to cancel the order and refund the money. The next response I received was telling me the order was already processed and I couldn't get a refund. So now I'm stuck with a gift that may or may not arrive anywhere near the time I need it. The product isn't worth the money I paid let alone an additional $20 to rush the custom order. I feel as though I've been scammed. Be careful ordering from this company.
The order (3 items) I received was incorrect and the company responded to my complaint but won't fix the issue
I ordered a Kansas City chiefs quilt, and 2 Rick Springfield quilts. What I received was a Jonas brothers quilt, a jimmy hendrix quilt, and a New England patriots quilt. Obviously nothing even close to what I ordered. I discovered these items came from China after I placed the order. I researched online customer reviews prior to placing the order and the company appeared to be reputable. I had no idea this was a scam out of China. The "customer service" department has apologized for their mistakes but has not initiated a replacement order. At this point, I don't trust them to send the correct items, I just want my $ back (I've contacted my bank) and I want others to know NOT to do business with these thieves.

They sent the wrong quilt to me & supposedly replaced it with the correct one, but I have yet to receive it. No tracking info or anything.

I received a quilt, but it was the wrong one. I emailed them to let them know. They asked for pics of the quilt & parcel pics. Which I provided. They say they sent out the corrected item, but I have not received it & there's no info. This is from the first order.

I just want a full refund at this point. I've been patient enough & have giving them enough time to resolve this issue, and they haven't.
The company has to be hounded for information (tracking), mysterious delays keep happening and they refuse to refund after you cancel the order.
I ordered a blanket from Grove Blankets as a birthday gift for my sister. Almost a week had passed by after they had taken money out of my bank account before I had to prompt them for any sort of information regarding a tracking number or any sort of estimated time arrival for my product. They finally provided a tracking product which leads you to a ridiculously unreliable site stating that your product is being shipped from Shanghai, China via YUN EXPRESS. From there - there is no estimated time of arrival - so when prompted again - GROVE BLANKETS- continually gave me the run around about when to expect this product. After another week or so I received an email stating that my product was damaged and would be returned to China. Now it's been at least two weeks since I ordered this gift with absolutely no ETA in sight. I contacted Grove Blankets and expressed my unhappiness and they didn't provide me with any new updates. Just meaningless apologies and "hang in theres". So after three weeks I told them this is ridiculous and to cancel the order. They have since responded refusing to refund my order.
All I am seeking is a full refund on the product. Despite the fact Grove Blankets will not give me an estimated time or arrival or another tracking order number - they refuse to refund the order because they say it has already been shipped. I've already told them that even if that were the case (which I don't believe it is) I would return the package to them myself. I just want a refund for their unethical business practices and lack of service.
