CUSTOMERS BEWARE....I, too, would rate this company 0 Stars if possible. They have almost 70.00 of my money for which I received a poor quality throw blanket that is not a quilt at all. The customer service has a cookie cutter response that I would love to attach to my review if I could for all to read to deter anyone else from falling prey to this company.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the blanket. Maybe my standards are set too high, but the pictures of what I thought I was receiving made the actual blanket I received a sad reality that I have "been had."

It may be a 25.00 product at best. The stock photo is not what I received. It appeared that I would receive a blanket with black edges, but I did not. My edging was a light gray, which takes away from the Georgia Bulldog "red and black." Many of the photo panels on the blanket I received are hazy...the pixel quality is poor. I was very upset that they mislead me to believe that they are a Texas company. They are not. They are located in China. This will not be made known to the customer until after the blanket is ordered or until, like me, the blanket doesn't arrive on time and the customer begins to dig a little and contact the company. I ordered it in May and received it in July. When I asked to return it, they said they would give me 20% off on any of my future orders. (They will never see another cent of mine or others if I can ward other consumers away.) I have pictures and emails I would love to attach to this review; however, I do not see a way to upload any so I will continue to post until I can get my experience out there for others to consider before making their choice to order or not; however, beware, because they may not be operating under just the Grove Blankets name because their "stock photo" and web page setup is the same as the following blanket companies as well (all of which also have "USA addresses" and some of which have the same Texas address as Grove Blankets):

I feel that if you are one who has plenty of money lying around, are okay with poor pixel quality, are okay with a company who passes as a USA based company, are okay with not receiving exactly what you think you have ordered, and are okay with a regular comforter style throw blanket, you may have no negative experiences with Grove Blankets; however, I am very disatisfied with this company and the product that I was provided. Even though I offered to mail the product back, they are not refunding my money. They used COVID-19 as a reason this time so beware of that as well. If that was such a concern, they should have updated their return policy to reflect "no returns due to COVID-19." They also could have given me the option to cancel my order the first time I contacted them about being misled in regards of where the product was coming from... they do not let consumers know they are based out of China until AFTER the payment goes through. The one good thing I can say about them is that they are very professional in their worded responses to us dissatisfied consumers. Best of luck if you still choose to order from this company.

The Christmas dog appears as a part of the quilt. Even you can zoom in and out to see it clearly. The advertising photo is always there on our website. I regret you did not check it carefully. In addition, that is exact quilt you ordered, not the one you mentioned. We always send receipt emails to the customer's emails for checking and confirmation.

Referred to the blurry or pixelated squares, we just received the blurry photo of the entire quilt and the Christmas dog square, so we cannot consider this problem. If you don't mind, please send us more pics to our *** emails ***@groveblankets.com

Which specifically states Ohio State as does the item description but not the photo. Although they acknowledge their error in the photo and naming. I should have "considered carefully". All the emails are in the attachment.

We work with various partners who providing products for us and the item you purchased is set the wrong name accidentally by them. It should be named Alabama instead of Ohio State.

However, we sent you the correct item as the advertised pic. I believe that everyone will view the pattern before purchasing. As you mentioned, you just searched "Ohio State" and place the order. However, the searching result appeared with a number of items of Ohio State, please see: *** It means that you did check the design to choose the item you like and purchase it. I wish you had realized that the mockup is Alabama, not Ohio State as you want.

I ordered a Queen quilt from Grove Blanket website in December. Despite delays was informed it would be shipped . I have not received it.
I ordered a queen quilt from Grove blanket website in December with my credit card and was told it would take weeks for shipping etc.. I received a small throw in January. I contacted them and sent the requested pic showing it was the
wrong size after an email pic on 1/21 and the second requested one sent on 1/27. On 1/29/20 customer service emailed to keep the small one and they would send the larger size. 2/2/20 they emailed they would be closed for about 4 weeks and would process and ship another after opening. On 3/10/ 20 I reached them again and was assured they had thousands of orders but I would receive my quilt. On April 28th that they were looking into it was given a tracking number that did not appear to be valid as it could not be identified. After multiple emails they did I was given another tracking number later that they said was being shipped to the US. I checked that one with USPS and was told it was delivered and to the correct address in another state. I have sent emails since and have not recurved a response from them. Thank you so much for your assistance this blanket was for my sons Christmas present last year and is to his college quilt.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the queen UT quilt I ordered delivered.

I am sorry for what you have experienced at GroveBlankets. Really it's a hard time for us since the beginning of the year. After a long renovation from middle of January to mid of February, we had to process a thousand of order everyday, then the Covid-19 impacts caused delay in production and shipment.

Referred to the issue, after considering the problem, we admit that this is the mistake on our part. I found that we unintentionally inputted wrong tracking code for your order on our system. I am sincerely sorry for the mistake. I understand nothing compensate the loss we caused you, but I would like to resend a new quilt to you.

I accept and look forward to the quick receipt of a tracking number for a shipped queen UT quilt I have waited for since December of last year. I will inform you if for some reason it is not forthcoming or once again it is not delivered. Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter.

On May 15, 2020, I ordered a quilt from this company my tracking number makes no sense to the post office which the Companies tracking info say my post off mice is in possession of the quilt which is not true. No customer service number and the email portion for complaints won't let me submit it.

Desired Outcome

I want my quilt it's a special gift for my sick relative.

This company is a joke first off they claim they are US business but everything comes from Vietnam,China my order was placed in April it is now end of June there customer service is a joke full of lies I still have no idea when I'll receive it after numerous text

Do not waste your money. Blanket quality is terrible and not the size requested and spelled the name of penn states coaches name wrong. Absolute rip off!!

Ordered early in May, still waiting for my order. Very little contact with the company with my inquiry to where my order is. I too would not have ordered from this company if I had known it wasn't a small local business. If I could hit a negative star review, I would.

Do not waste your money on this business. I paid 60.00 dollars for a blanket that would cost 5.00 dollars at wal-mart. It is very poor quality. And they put another name on it. I had purchased it for my grandson for his birthday and his name is not Ethan.

Absolutely horrible company. I had no idea anything was being shipped from another country! Ordered in May still waiting...... There is no phone number so I can't speak with anyone and they have not been answering my emails! Checked with USPS and they said they have not received item from third party. Emailed merchant many times to find out what happened to my order and they never responded.

Never delivered item.Contacted many times.Ordered in April and still no delivery.
My son ordered a blanket for a friend back in April. We were told 10-15 day delivery. It still has not come and shows it has been stuck in Inglewood California for over a month. I have contacted them many times, they continue to say - it will be delivered and blame the Cornavirus. I have asked for a refund, and all they say is "it will be delivered". I just want my money back at this point, I feel like I have been scammed and they took my money for what was supposed to be a gift. We ordered another one from another company 2 weeks ago, and it was delivered within a week. There is no excuse for this kind of delay in shipping.
Also Houston address, but comes from China...
I hope this company gets investigated.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back and a full refund! I would like for them to admit that they are ripping people off, Houston address - made in China, shipped and never delivered, but that probably won't happen. You would think when they read all the reviews and issues people have that they would admit they have an issue with delivery, but I will settle for a full refund.

They have been telling me this for a month, Other carriers and products have been delivered on time, there is no excuse for being 2 months late, when I can get other packages from other carriers in a timely manner. If other companies can do it, so can you. This was a gift, which for obvious reasons is now way past due and no longer needed. We ordered another blanket from another company, who by the way DID deliver it on time with out excuses. This is no longer needed and was not delivered in the promised time line or even close to that time line. Please stop blaming COVID for being 2 months late and counting. I can understand a week or so but 60 days.... no COVID can not be used as an excuse. I saw your tracking number it shows it in the same place for month and has not "moved". I no longer need the product. It is no longer useful for the purpose it was bought and it was not delivered in the promised time frame. If you purchased a car - the person said hey - Let me clean it up and we will deliver it in a few days, they send you pictures to show them cleaning, it but 2 months later - you still dont have your car... What would you do ?? just sit back and be ok with it?
REFUND MY MONEY.... this is rediculous.

This company still has not delivered my item. Basically they told me they will no refund my money and try to assure me it is on its way. Since my last complaint, it has moved from one "carrier" to another "carrier" where it has again remained for weeks.
Nothing has been done and they say there is nothing they can do about it. As you can see from many others, they basically took my money and never gave me a product - just like everyone else.

Yes Finally delivered - 3 months late -
will never use them again... Blanket smelled awful but looked good.

HUGE SCAM. I spent $70 dollars on a blanket I never received. I tried emailing/messaging the company and kept getting errors and the message wasn't sent -- and there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call them, which truly should have been my first clue. This company shows that it is located in the US, however, the shipping/tracking information shows from China. After never receiving the product, and never getting a tracking number once the product supposedly cleared customs in LA, I did some research and see that they have multiple addresses in the US. The one they're currently using goes to some random plaza in Houston -- they don't list a suite number, and photos of the plaza do not show that there is a Grove Blankets present. This is clearly a scam. I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate.

Do Not Order From This Company!!!!!! I ordered a Titanic twin quilt from Grove Blankets on May 3rd. It did not say anywhere on the advertisement that it was coming from China, or I would not have ordered it. It is now June 5, and still no quilt. The last tracking communication I got from them was May 17 when they said it had cleared customs in California. No word since. I could have driven to California and back twice. I ordered through Pay Pal so I am hoping that I can get my $70. plus dollars back. I wish I had researched them before ordering.

RIP OFF! Ordered on April 23rd, from the website that says they are in Texas, but when I got my shipping confirmation it is coming from China! May 23rd it says it has been delivered, but I have not received it! I am requesting my money back through paypal. This is wrong.

Terrible! Do not buy anything from these people! Ordered a blanket and the measurements were totally off from what there site said. After weeks of emails and sending pictures and measurements to them, they said it was within the measurement range! I believe they go buy many names and show offices in Texas, but actually it's all coming from China! They are very deceiving and show an American white women displaying the blankets.

Very Disappointing. The address shows Texas location, however, the quilt is coming from SHANGHAI!! Nothing on their website shows it comes via China/Shanghai. I ordered the quilts on 23 April and it took until 05 May just to get through processing to shipping and now to see it is being shipped by a company that has a horrible reputation for delivery. The site showed a 10 to 18 day shipping, but no mention this is after the time just to get the quilts to the shipping stage, TWO WEEKS!!! So in other terms it will take another 2-3 weeks, if they arrive. I will never order nor will I recommend this deceiving company to anyone. I only hope the actual product is not represented by the process just to get the item, if there is a problem I will hate to see that process. DECEIVING ADVERTISEMENT!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING - SHIPPING SUCKS
I ordered this as a gift for my neighbors daughter who just got accepted to Auburn. However, once I ordered it I became aware it was made in china and the SF Shipping has been nothing but a delay tactic with items bouncing all over the world.
