I would like too have the [redacted] repaired and have a rental till the [redacted] has been repaired at a [redacted] dealer since they could not repair it at there dealer ship.

I offered to fix the vehicle at my service center and Mr. [redacted] declined. I told Mr. [redacted] he can have the concerns fix at [redacted] and I would reimburse him.

I found it with the VIN you provided. It is under [redacted] as spelled in your earlier emails. I will pull the file and review.

trading in. Our staff did not communicate effectively some areas however the decision not to do the transaction is within our right as dealer. We have the right to refuse to do business if we so choose. No one can force us to process a particular deal. I apologize for any time lost by the consumer.
