Greekgear and Express Design Group are a large scale operation with small-town feel. *** and his staff are continuously providing the latest and greatest items online with quick turnaround time, as well as a personal feel to their fast approach to providing quality products. They listen to your ideas as a customer and mesh those ideas with their creative genius. I would recommend them to any and all. We use them for the vast majority of our orders without hesitation. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I recently had a custom t-shirt project done and a fraternity hooded sweatshirt. I received everything earlier than I expected and it all was done just like the proofs I was emailed. def recommend and will use again

I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be "Navy and white" in a Large. The size chart was WAY off, and the shirt was like a tent, and the color was black, not navy. First I told the company on Oct 15th and they didn't get back to me for two weeks. I then received an email asking for photos, so I sent them. They agreed that the color was wrong, and that they would remake the shirt for me in a Medium, and they would send me a shipping label so that I could send the other one back at no cost to me. Almost a month went by, and I never got a new shirt. I emailed the company on Nov. 29th to inquire as to what the delay was, and they told me that they had in fact sent the "correct color" and that if I wanted to return it, I had to be responsible for the shipping, and they would not refund or reimburse me for any of the shipping. It is now Dec 10th and I am still arguing with them over email. I don't understand why I had to hunt them down for them to give me this information, or why they were willing to send me a shipping label last month, but now they are refusing to do so. They falsely advertised the product and I shouldn't have to spend money for their mistake.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was told that I should have read the return policy before ordering. There is a 25% re-stocking fee. If everything is custom...what are you restocking? This place is a RIPOF!

Placed an order online 8/15/18. Paid for RUSH (3 day) processing on both items so that they would ship together. On August 23, 2018...still no shipping information given. I sent an email to inquire about the order. On Friday, August 24, 2018 I receive an email response stating: "Your order shipped today. You will receive an email with a tracking number after 5PM." I still have not received any shipping confirmation even though it has been 7 "processing" days! My account has been billed the full amount of the order. I paid for rush, and quite honestly, don't even feel as though I am receiving standard.

Their sizing is inconsistent and they do not accept returns. I ordered two shirts in the same size. One fit perfectly the other was huge and was obviously unisex (which was not stated in the listing or I would have ordered a size down). When I emailed them to return it they stated I could order another one for 50% off. I am now stuck with an item that I cannot use.
For sure if the shirts were the exact same, they should be the same size - I am Just seeing this review. I want to apologize for the issues you were having. I contacted Greek Gear to discuss a problem with my order. The order was a rugby shirt from my fraternity and the product came faulty with stains all over the collar and the color was not the one I purchased. I contacted the company and spoke with customer service rep ***. She did not try to help the situation and regularly refused to see the problem with the order (I provided numerous pictures and described problem in detail). I asked for a refund or a new item, but she refused. She called me on the phone one day and harassed me, stating that Greek Gear is not responsible for "faulty dirt orders". I told her I didn't know what that meant and she refused to offer me a refund or an exchange of products.
We are sorry the customer is unhappy with the item purchased and as we said before, please do return it to us and we will be happy to refund them in full.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Bought 3 pairs of flip flops.... have you, they were not custom made. They were solid black. Plain. Ordered mediums and they came in EXTREMLY small!!! Went to return them.... I spent $72. And they only returned me $49. What happen to the rest of my money!?!??? Unbelievable! Horrible horrible business and customer service. I wish I could give them zero stars.
I ordered two items from this place and received one after two months waiting and it was the printing mistake. Requested that it be ordered due to the error and have been waiting for the replacement and it has been four months and no item.
Ordered an item well before Christmas. As of 12/21 had not received any update on status of the item. I called the customer service line, and the recording stated that they were "closed for the holidays" until after January 1st. The website tracking stated my item was "in process." I should have been informed much earlier if this item would not be received by Christmas.
I wish I had checked the *** first!!! They currently have 8 negative reviews and 4 open complaints filed against them for the same kind of thing!! Do NOT spend your money here! The website is misleading and the customer service is terrible! I've been trying to get an issue resolved for 4 days now and a manager will not return my call. She's "still on a lunch break." I designed my own greek paddle as a gift using their online tool. The picture leading to the tool showed a paddle in full color. The tool itself showed my paddle and graphics in full color. I did an online chat with one of their associates who said I could ask for a proof (in the comments at purchase) of my item before production. I did that. I did not receive a proof AND my item arrived with NO color at all!! When I called to ask about it, they said I would receive a call back to discuss the matter. I got an email showing the fine print on one of their many pages that said that particular paddle did not have color available. Regardless, everything including their design tool showed it in full color and I didn't get the proof I requested. As I type this, no one has called me back to try to resolve the matter. Deceitful company that I would expect will not be open much longer!
FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I ordered merchandise through Greekgear.com on 11/05/17 stipulating that I needed a rush order to be delivered in their specified window of 5 days (premium) and paid the extra shipping and handling to meet my request. On 11/10/17 I contacted the company and exchanged email with Sue Ann ***, customer representative, who stated that the item was just being shipped that day. I was given an excuse that 2-3 shipping was promised and that processing the item starting on 11/6/17 apparently took a whole business week to process. I on numerous occasions tried to track the progress of the item with statements to other representatives including with a phone call back on 11/6/17 the importance of the 5 day window. Ms. made a comment that the emphasis to get the item to me on the 10th should have been stated prior. It was stated prior. This company does not stand by its word on delivery. I may receive this item by 11/13-15 which she stated was what the website claimed, but simple math states this is 3-5 days late, missing my anticipated date of need, 11/12/17. I was offered no apology, no reversal of even cost for PREMIUM shipping and ultimately no refund on what is their poor management in time.
I wish I had checked this site before ordering from this company. Ordered some sorority items as gifts weeks ago and they still have not shipped (in spite of receiving an email saying they would ship several days ago after I called to check the status of the order). I'm trying to cancel my order now - we'll see how that goes.
This company is very unprofessional at handling situations and refuses to return phone calls. I called this company two times the day of my order to cancel and it was said that I would receive a call the next business day. I never received a call. I called again and because they never returned my call they placed the order and now saying I have to pay a cancellation fee. This was their wrongdoing not mine and *** refused to stop talking while I was talking to admit that they should have returned my phone calls so that this would not have been an issue. I will never shop with them again and with the terrible customer service I received, I will be sure to spread the word.
